At first I was confused by the title "and Pam Arciero", over Telly while he was holding Natasha in his arm -- that's Kevin, isn't it? -- I thought. But now I think I get it, the caption was over Telly's right arm, operated by Pam.

Was this the show in the early 1990's, in which the cast included Adrian Edmonson or Robbie Coltriane (Brad) and Tim McInnerny(Frank)? I bought that album in London in 1991 and wanted to know if anyone saw that particular cast live?

Nah, he shows up in an earlier episode which has a Jazzy Spies cartoon for #3. Darn good thing then, that this show had "2" for the sponsor. :)

I think it's worth mentioning that there are two different Kermit sketches involving two talking balls.
The first one was Kermit discussing things that were circles - because today's "groovy word" is round. There was a pink rubber ball played by Frank who kept telling corny jokes to Kermit...
I always thought it was "In an old and far off place."
Besides, "lonely and cold" was used as a rhyme in the second line.
And least that's what I came away with.
