Sesame's Instagram has videos of Caroll's retirement party, including a performance of Sing with Loretta Long and Alison Bartlett! But what's really surreal is Fran Brill is there alongside her characters played by her current performers!
Caroll has more than earned his retirement. Meeting him at DragonCon was one of the highlights of my life. Thank you for all the work you've done, Caroll, and best of luck to Matt and Eric for continuing your legacy.
I honestly like the fact that these 2 aren't Muppet experts, because they do their research. For instance, they made sure to identify all the Muppets in the Muppet Movie screening room, and when they got to the part in Great Muppet Caper, with the truck full of Muppets in Hey a Movie, they made...
Listen and decide for yourself. I don't find it dull when the co-host thinks of Muppets that should have been in that list, and realizing the reason they're not there is cause, they weren't created yet. Plus, they laugh at the absurd names some of the Muppets have. Listen starting at the 18:00...
So the newest episode of the Movin' Right Along podcast covers the finale of the Muppet Movie with the huge crowd of Muppets, and I'm disappointed that, unlike the other Muppet Movie minute-by-minute podcast, they didn't read Muppet Wiki's list of all the Muppets in that crowd.

He may not be doing the voices anymore, but I think it would be great to see him in person talking to Big Bird and/or Oscar in one of the season 50 episodes.
Honestly, I'm kinda disappointed. When Dave Goelz and Bill Barretta announced this, with permission from Debbie McClellan, I thought it would be on the Muppets YT channel. If anyone has the app for this, please upload it to YT.
Nadine Zylstra: You guys are the actors, so one of the challenges as directors is they have so much freakin' fun on the set, that at a certain point we're like, "Hey, we're trying to get through the day here!"
Kevin Clash: But you guys have fun, don't you?
Nadine: We have a lot of fun, but...
Rick was actually fired because, he looked at David Rudman's series ideas without his permission. I think Rick is just bitter that he stood in for Jim as Kermit, yet he didn't become Kermit's new performer.
I liked both songs in the episode pair. I liked Gonzo insisting everyone put underwear on their heads. Fozzie making pieces of bread move with forks and calling it the Walking Bread was funny. Also, when they tickled the ghosts, they're sneezing sound, "Ah-boo", was funny.
