"Twice Upon A Time" is now on DVD...MOD DVD, but still...it's arrived on DVD. And it has both versions, and it has commentary. This is what I've heard. I love this film 100% - especially the John Korty version. He is the main man, and inventor of Lumage, so his artistic vision is the one I would...
I like that the Muppets will be on TV again. And I hope it's true to the characters, and it wins me over as a fan.
However, though I am happy for Dave, Steve, and the others to be back in action on TV, the previews I've seen and articles I've read sure seem like the writers are changing them...
I just saw S1E11 of "ALVINNN!!! and the Chipmunks" and it's the first episode of the show I've ever seen. Though I prefer character designs of the 80's through the Frankenstein and Wolfman movies (and the 60's in The Alvin Show) I was so glad to hear Dave, Alvin, Simon, and Theodore with their...
I did eventually find someone to help out on the track. But I do wonder...does anyone here record music at home? Perhaps you have a site at http://bandcamp.com?
That statement isn't entirely accurate, since there are points made in the episode that are not sarcasm. Believe me, I understand that gem of a show, Dinosaurs :halo: and when I mentioned Dinosaurs and their messages, I wasn't singling out "A New Leaf"; I was referring to the messages the show...
As my posts from 2011 state, at least people tried to use television to possibly save lives back then. Nobody in "TV & movie land" cares anymore. It's more important for them to be "hip" than to spread a positive message. Think of the messages "Dinosaurs" had. Now try to think of a show with...
I love MMW, and I think it's a true return to form, in a way that the 2011 self titled film was not. I do thank JS for restarting the Muppets in theaters, however, and I give him the credit that is due! (And anyone else behind the scenes that has been overlooked!)
Without Scrappy, the only interesting characters are Shaggy and Scooby (with the exception of Pup Named Scooby Doo, where they are all funny at times, if I remember rightly). When Scrappy is involved, not only do I laugh more often, due to how hilarious he is, but there is often a real...
Since the 1982 film TRON got a sequel in 2010, the 1990's TMNT trilogy should have had a 2014 fourth film - set in 1994. Or if it must be set in the current time, then make it about the turtles dealing with old age - and still kicking butt. Either way it would be more original than yet another...
I haven't gotten any messages from any sax players here, so I thought I'd mention a few things in case some folks here play sax (and want to be involved with a recording) but don't know if they can:
1. If it turns out that you can't play the part on sax, I will still appreciate the effort! But...
I have a request for a rock saxophone player to play a few bars of sax on an original composition track that I've got.
I'll send you the mp3, and if you would play sax over it for the solo section, that would be great! The track has a quiet little keyboard solo in the background at one point...
Mr. Hopkins is having fun singing Scooby Doo. He also wrote their two best songs (in my opinion) "Found Out About You" and "Hey Jealousy" - songs with such a strong atmosphere, that many songs lack. Real deep.
