It is a shame that Scooter didn't at least appear in the background somewhere in the movies in the '90s. According to Muppet Wiki, he did at least appear in a framed photo in an episode of "Muppets Tonight". Oh well- I guess that happens sometimes when you unfortunately lose a performer. But at...
I suppose I must be biased just because I'm such a huge fan of Charles Dickens' "A Christmas Carol", but I really didn't have any issue with that scene- or The Muppet Christmas Carol- at all. Scooter could have played nephew Fred but outside of humans being friends with Muppets, I don't think...
I don't know what went wrong for Muppets Tonight! necessarily. I agree that it had a large expectation to live up to ("The Muppet Show") and that made it hard. And it certainly tried to be an updated version of that show. For my part, I love The Muppet Show and Muppets Tonight! I thought they...
That would be awesome! And if Don Music even showed up in a background cameo that would be incredible. Of course, it doesn't seem like it would be that hard to have him on the show to do his head-banging piano bit and show the headache he inevitably gets- and thus teach kids that it's a stupid...
Muppets Most Wanted made me laugh plenty, personally speaking. I thought it was great! I'd still love to go see it again in theaters if I had the time and money. (Which is not a luxury I do very often with many movies any more.) Well, it should make its way to DVD soon enough...I just hope...
Nice. Yep- I loved the Bill & Ted cartoon series as a kid. And I have seen the Marvel comic book series before. Did you ever see the live action Bill & Ted show?
(Check out www.billandted.org for everything you'd ever want to know about the two great ones.:D) It's most excellent!
Cool! Thanks for the tip.:)
That is pretty crazy. But Ernie and Bert don't predate every single other character necessarily- unless they were around in material before Sesame Street started. Big Bird, Oscar the Grouch, Kermit the Frog, Gordon, Susan and Bob were all there from the first episode...
Okay- fair enough. For the record, I like some parts of Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey- just not all of it. The chess match with Death scene is pretty neat- nice reference to The Seventh Seal. :hungry:
You are talking about the 1986 game that was released in the US as "Super Mario Bros. The Lost...
Have Ernie and Bert not interacted with Abby and Murray at some point by now?.......Yeah- they definitely should fix that if so. I hope they get Ernie and Bert in for some street scenes in the new Sesame Street season.:p:( (And Kermit, for that matter, unlikely as that might be.:) I love...
Having not lived through all time yet, I can't quite say.;)

Hmm-okay. Good point. Maybe Scooter just wanted to particularly request that Elton John play "Bennie and the Jets" on the show? That doesn't seem like such a totally unprofessional request to me...but I suppose it is up to the guest star's prerogative to some degree....still, if you agree to...
I'm pretty much in agreement on Wayne's World 2. The first one is fun enough- I didn't get into the sequel as much. I finally watched both a while back- and they're honestly the kind of movies that are fun to view once- but I'm not a big fan like I want to see them over and over again. Though...
I liked The Amazing Spider-Man 2 for the most part myself. (Though I didn't totally like The Amazing Spider-Man and all that was done in that movie.) The sequel was better than I expected though. I still prefer the Tobey Maguire Spider-Man movies the best.
Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey- I love the first movie and I watched the second one (mostly) and tried to enjoy it- and there may be a few things here and there that are enjoyable (mainly The Wyld Styllns' performance of "God Gave Rock 'N' Roll To You" [an Argent song, covered by KISS years later-...
