Wow! We are having this discussion again? I don't understand why we have this topic rear it's ugly head ever so often. Yes I completely agree the website to the forum needs a major overhaul, but I just don't see anything like that happening any time soon. I mean the lack of content on the site...

Are the Muppets as popular as they were 30 to 40 years ago?

That, and have some type of presence on social media. I mean Kermit, Fozzie, Piggy, Gonzo, and Animal all have Facebook and Twitter accounts, and they share mostly old stock photos from previous productions but that's about it. Even though they were not very good they had the Muppet thought of...

Are the Muppets as popular as they were 30 to 40 years ago?

Several years ago Frank and Jim Lewis wrote a Muppet Movie Scrpit, but Disney went with Muppets most wanted instead. Frank is a director, and even though he went out to pursue a directing career he always loved the Muppets. He was starting his distracting career even before Jim passed away...

I think this is a sepreate team from JHC, because I read Brian Henson say a lot of the performers had to leave right after shooting was over on Happy times.

Below the Frame Season 3 Episode 1: Caroll Spinney Tribute

Also Matt just posted on his Facebook page a picture from the Wizard of Oz show Kermit is hosting. He said it will be running till the 30th so I'm wondering if he will be doing each show, or have to go back to Sesame. I really hope for Kermit and the Muppet Show Muppets he stays and does all the...

The Muppets to appear in Carpool Karaoke: The Series Season 2!

I don't know why, but out of all the characters Frank Oz's have been so out of character as of late. Don't get me wrong I love Eric Jacobson, but he can only do so much with what is written for him. Gonzo's bit was really flat, as well as Pepe, but again this is what happens when you have non...

    Dealing with depression and anxiety

I have seen alcohol destroy and I absolutely hate it. I hate it so much that I don't want to be around it, and I don't want my kids to think it's ok to drink ether. I know it's a strong stand, and a very unpopular one as well. Matter of fact up until recently my mom was the only one in my family...

    Dealing with depression and anxiety

Well I have really been struggling with a deep depression. Almost two months ago my mom who had been sober for many years started drinking again. Not just one or two drinks but way over doing it to an unhealthy state. Now I've seen alcohol destroy many of my other family members, and for her to...

How to restore the Muppets to their former glory...

If I was in charge I would at least offer a creative consulting position of some kind to Frank Oz. He would not have to be involved in every little project, but just set the Muppets in the right course creativity, and character wise.
