Muppet dude,
I don't know how that worked, back then, as far as using FX (of course now you can go to a record store and get a CD of Hanna-B fx).
I do know that some "classic" hanna-b FX always sounded familiar, even back then. Maybe they were licensed, or they just shared the sounds (gasp)...
here's a pic for an ad (not the films from Sesame, but still neat):

I have faint memories of the Superman one, but not Batman.
need to talk to you about that, but my private messaging isn't working...just me or everyone??
shows...
I do have some pretty good ones...hope I will be able to "get them out there" soon.
In the meantime I'm looking for a way to host a bunch of WAVs I made that are nice quailty...should get this going at least pretty soon.
Tip: I got a lot of stuff from late 90's broadcasts of regular Sesame...
hey I just posted in Bumble thread that you should check this out, you beat me to it!
on that subject, do you (anyone reading this) know of a good, free web host? I have a lot of songs in APE (lossless) format that I would like to share. I'm looking for fast/larger bandwidth, don't care...
Oh yeah, for me too...it was a family favorite : )
Actually the voice is pretty much Kermit...I never thought of it as a kid, probably because of the cartoon context, but I wonder if any kids wondered what Kermit was doing there?
heck (whoops! bad Zet) yeah, I'm up for it...Yesterdayland...
Jellyman, The Ballad of Casey McPhee is on "C is FOr Cookie - Cookie's Favorite Songs" CD, so grab yerself a copy! I got mine at Circuit City of all places, I think it was $5.

I named it "Eleven Animated Funk" on my Sesame CD!
What about...
it's very hard to pick 10...currently I'd say (in no particular order):
Animated:
*Jazzy Spies
(Smy Guiley: I believe this is the correct name for the series, as mentioned on TV Land special IIRC.
I know, I know...I can't get used to it and much prefer "spies/racecars")
*Capital I...
Hello all,
Anyone want to jar some memories of old animated films?
For instance, anyone remember Superman and Batman making guest appearances?
Also the comic strip character "Tiger" (I met someone who really wanted that)?
My current "holy grail" features the psychedelic guy with a yo-yo...
past lives?
What I was saying is if Frazzle watched Sesame in the 70s or early 80s they very likely saw the film...there's lots we've all forgotten about but would remember again if we saw it...happens to me all the time with Sesame and other stuff. It's amazing what your brain stores...
Thanks for your kind welcome Frazzle!
If you grew up in the 70's (or even early 80's) you'll probably remember it if you see it again.
I'm hoping that when DVD burners get cheap, we'll all get to see lot's of goodies.
On Sendak, I just knew Wild Things (who didn't? brilliant) and the one...
Hi all!
I am new to this forum, but I'm a big fan of "vintage" Sesame!

---------
