Phillip,
Do you want (and can you use) audio files taken from Sesame Street shows for use on Muppet Radio?
If you want any, which do you prefer and how do I submit them? I can upload if you tell me where but may be easier to mail a disc?
regards,
-Zet
How about Ornette Coleman? :excited:
:) Only he should do "What Ever Happened to Peace on Earth", his new song.
Definitely that one.
nothing they do is funny IMO
 I don't think there's any reason to believe that. Marlon is great and I'd be more inclined to think Frank is a...
Any of the 70's ones with Cookie are almost guaranteed to be great...since I don't remember them all I'll say C is for Cookie is tough to beat :sing:
Skit-wise, I do love the one with Grover & Jon Jon "count this penny"...classic.
ok thanks...I actually have the A&E special, I'll have to check it out again for the glimpse of the cartoon.
yeah there is a print ad for Superman/Batman online...I posted a link in another thread a while back.

hmmn....there is a copy of the 1st episode floating around that came from Sesame Workshop (I believe...anyway it's not from Noggin) and it doesn't have the Superman bit. Was that pilot different from the first episode then? Wonder why they would have dropped the Superman bit, since that would...
Hi...it's on an episode of Sesame Unpaved from 1969, so I'm sure someone can hook you up. The triangle film is about 11 minutes into the start of the show. I think the letter for this ep. is H and the number is 10.
This ep. also has the scary primitive Cookie Monster ;)

Don't know if this is what you're looking for, but there is a Sesame Street record (may be the 10th Anniversary record) that came with B&W photos of the individual cast members...I think they were 8x10 or smaller. I'm sure someone can tell you who specifically was included in case you want to...
that's a great one, I love the voice of that anything muppet. You can find it on one of the commercially released videos (the first videotape series released, one of the last tapes IIRC).
that rings a bell, but I can't remember any more :(
I have that one...at the end the voice repeats "peligro..." mournfully.
I have that one too...I love it because of the recording of a "vintage" squeaky faucet they play when he tries the tap. When he tries to drink from the top...
Well I guess I'm not in a position to give an objective opinion on whether or not I'm warped
But as far as "other feelings" go,
* "somebody come & play" (with the orangutans) gave me a melancholy feeling as a kid. Not so much the song, though that was part of it I think. A lot...
Hi GeeBee...yeah hopefully they will materialize.
I remember pre-Noggin days thinking most of the old stuff was gone for good (as far as the public was concerned), because they would never show old episodes of Sesame Street...it would be like showing old episodes of any show that ran daily i.e...
thanks Saginaw. I have a decent memory I guess, don't know about incredible ;)
The post I made about the girl w/cat & balloon films I haven't seen since childhood...didn't remember everything on those.
I've seen people write about remembering the year a certain film was first shown...and...
thanks Eric...if I could make more easily I would. It's fun but way too time consuming with the camera I have.
I like the purple hand one...that was intriguing (and slightly disturbing) for me as a kid :D

No prob Saginaw....It's from a stop-motion film that I believe was done by Jim Henson (did the man ever rest?). An orange jumps out of a basket of fruit, and moves accross kitchen counter while objects fly onto it's face to form features (rubber band, walnut, mop, flower petals, bottle caps)...
when pic never seems to get small enough
I've seen a few posts with people saying they made Avatars, but weren't able to upload them because they were never small enough.
I haven't seen this mentioned specifically, but maybe the problem is people are getting the 64 pixels by 64 pixels part...
Hi Smy...lol no, but maybe that's a good idea?
Some of them I can remember from childhood because they stuck in my head (same for everyone else I'm sure), others I have copies of.
yeah I hear you...you'll hear about some and instantly remember them "of course I remember that", like how...
Ali Baba abierto
Here's another fave.
It's very short...you hear "arabic" music, Ali Baba on horse rides up to cave.
Ali Baba: "(says some words in spanish I don't know)...abierto".
(harp sound effect)
Ali B: "...Sesamo"
(creaking sound effect as cave opens, then "sparkly" sounds...
yeah I've had the same happen to me more than once...it's wierd but it happens.
yeah hepcat ;)
you hear the snap at the end but I didn't know if it's supposed to be the clam or the guy kissing the fish
another classic & another personal fave...it's on the first episode of...
