Gosh, I hate that!
Agreed. Paul was good at playing off of others with his witty one liners. I never thought i'd say this but, this special was too much Paul Lynde.
I actually kind of wish they could have done more specials like these though, only because I would've loved to see these specials...
I just discovered The Paul Lynde Halloween Special.
Yes, that Paul Lynde. The snide and snarky guy with the one-liners from Hollywood Squares. The darling of 1970s TV. The most openly gay, closeted gay man in history.
It was a really weird special from 1976. The guests included Betty White, Tim...
I'm really grateful that Animaniacs got to live beyond those first 65 episodes though. Not a lot longer but, the later seasons were even funnier than the first.
Anyways, your thoughts on Mutt & Stuff?
I suppose that adds up.
In the late 80s/ early 90s it was occasionally really ridiculous. Animaniacs and the Disney Afternoon shows all had around 65 episodes in their first season! Enough for syndication, I guess.
Oh, hey, the new season starts in two days!
Interesting that Tiffany Haddish is playing a vet. Not quite what i'd expect, but it's definitely not the first time a guest star has played against type.
I just really hope the episode is funny. I mean, it would be a real missed opportunity if this...
I saw this the other day and, well, the design of the animatronic is amazing! Looks just like the B.B. from the show. But, the movements definitely feel, for lack of a better term, robotic. It's cool, yet unsettling.
Really? I would've thought HR had more episodes. But i'm sort of surprised Mutt & Stuff has been as successful as it is, with it not being a cartoon, and all. But I guess Nick Jr. has had their one or two odd popular live action shows thrown in at different times. For a while it was Yo Gabba...
The Loud House fandom. Which, i'll admit gets a bit of a bad rep, but a lot of it is pretty weird. It has some of the usual problems that other fandoms with very young fans have. You know, the kids who can't respect opinions, harass each other over petty stuff, etc. But also, some of the older...
That actually doesn't look that bad to me, tbh. The CG effects are decent, and Pikachu looks adorable! It certainly looks miles better than other CG/ live action hybrid reboots. And when it was originally announced that Ryan Reynolds was gonna play him, I thought he was going to be overly...
