I'm confused, who was it that even complained? Sounds like one of those people that gets mad simply because someone mentions that sexism or racism exists.
Oh, I thought the reason Mario was surprised was because Beakman's actor swore on an official Beakman's World website recording.
...but nope, it's just a random podcast.
I mean, it can sometimes feel a little odd at first hearing someone swear when they're famous for being on a children's show...
You mean he said the word "H ell"? That's not usually seen as a really major swear word. Also, what was the context that the word was used in? Context is everything.
I can kind of see why this wasn't aired, it does seem a bit harsh. And I imagine if any of the test audience did understand the concept of divorce some might've been afraid that the same would happen with Gordon and Susan, or Maria and Luis.
I'm definitely glad that they went another route when...
Ah well then, yes. I wonder if it's just a case of Matt Vogel being more available than Jerry was, or if some writer just really likes him. Because, I know one reason Telly showed up so much pre-2016 was because Joey Mazzarino liked writing for him so much.
In any case, I have made it clear in...
Who knows? The show can be somewhat inconsistent where characters are concerned. One year a character might appear in five episodes, the next they may be in just one. Personally, I just classify "main character" as whoever is listed in the official Muppet bios on SST's website. Those are really...
Agreed, Kermit basically became the Mickey Mouse of the group.
I agree that they need a Kevin Feige to keep the characters and franchise grounded. That's what they had when Jim was alive, and to a lessor extent in the 90s when Brian was at the helm. Not to mention, the performers need more...
Oh, there's some guy in a fur suit, and I think Weird Al? IDK, I went passed that part too fast.
Anywho, what point in the video does Peepee show up? I can't find him.
I suppose he was rather young, wasn't he? I think that John's era greatly influenced New Who, and from what i've heard he had some good seasons, but he was more of a producer than a writer. Colin Baker's last season would've been a good time to step down, but he kept going. I've seen a good...
If i'm being totally honest, I wouldn't be 100% surprised if someone actually tried it. I mean, there was that shooting earlier this year at CalArts which basically happened because some disturbed cartoon fan bought into that stupid "CalArts Style" narrative, that was started by the now...
Ariana's Christmas songs, I surprisingly don't mind as much. But that's probably because the only times i've heard them have been on playlists from Spotify. Which, btw, of you wanna listen to Christmas music, a music streaming service like that is definitely the way to go.
Also, unrelated note...
