I once got a ticket, because I couldn't see the traffic light because of a big rig that was ahead of me who went through, so I assumed the light was still green, but I didn't see that it was red until after I was passing through it.
I think there actually was a partial replication of the SS set in a museum at some point in years past - most notably the stoop and doors of 123.
And I think a few years ago for the 25th anniversary, the SEINFELD apartment set was restored and you could actually walk through it, but that was...
I will admit, I'm surprised to learn that "Amigo" was actually from the 80s; given the use of Fran's somewhat generic Betty Lou, among other things, I would have assumed it was from no earlier than the mid-70s.
At the same time, though, now that I think of it, I think I can see how the Carlos...
After watching both "Amigo" and "Kids Just Love to Brush," I'm going to venture that those were taped the same day, given that at least three of the exact same pink mini-AMs (including Betty Lou) appear in both (and both songs were written in 1984).
Yeah, I know, I just bumped a five year...
Some epic fails from eBay. . . .
Courage the Cowardly Dog? More like Courage the Zombie Valkyrie.
Why is Creepy Muriel lying in a seductive pose?
I've seen some bootleg stuff before, but man, what is this?
Courage and Katz slash on a shower curtain? What? Why? What?
Oh yeah. I remember one time having captions turned on, I don't even remember what I was watching, but the character on screen was chuckling, and the caption read "[Laughing awkwardyardely]".
Closed captions for SS always over-simplify the dialogue that's actually being spoken . . . I guess they figure little kids can't read too well yet and don't need to be exact word-for-word in their captioning.
True, but like I said, unlike Grover, Kermit and Mr. Johnson tend to lose their cool and fly off the handle as a result; Grover simply just doesn't (or does not) know when to stop.
But I mean, like the time Kermit gave Cookie a verbal tongue-lashing for ruining one of his lectures, even to the...
Obviously, there's extra effort that goes into having multiple characters from the same performer in a scene together, which is one of the reasons why Cookie went to David Rudman instead of Eric Jacobson like Frank's other characters, so those two characters could interact together in scenes...
Maybe not to that extent, but say like older Super Grover inserts: he arrives (crashes, more like it) at the scene of whoever is distressed . . . and they're actually disappointed he arrived.
LITTLE BOY: Look! Up in the sky! It's a bird! It's a plane! It's. . . .
SUPER GROVER: (Crashes) It's...
Opera isn't perfect, and it seems like most of their updates are based on Scrappy Mechanics . . . but honestly, it's the only browser I've found that looks and behaves similarly to IE . . . and I liked IE - I know it was unpopular, but it suited my internet needs in ways Firefox or Chrome can't...
In a sense, I'd say Grover, because all he want to do is just be super helpful to everybody, and yet usually something backfires with him in the process.
Yeah, I was instructed to do that after I received the rejection notice from the SS Puppeteer Workshop years ago . . . even though it was clearly just a mass email, but whatever.
Looking at David Gallo's original maquette model of his intended changes to the SS set for Season 46 makes me glad that some of these changes actually never happened. . . .
I'm not saying this would have been ATC all over again, but I feel like some of these changes would have been a bit too...
More often than not in fiction, it seems like dog owners almost always resemble their dogs, depending on what kind of breed they are . . . like if the dog is an English Bulldog, their owner is usually short, fat, and has a really smooshed-looking face. If the dog is an Afghan Hound, the owner is...
I think that's essentially their way of telling you they think you're not right for the job without coming right out and telling you they think you're not right for the job. I remember one time several years ago apply for a job, and then it was like a month later I received an email saying the...
Well, Frank's characters have interacted with each other from time to time. They even did a song together:
Take a look at the comments wondering how Frank could have done all three characters at once.
