It's sort of half imaginary. Is it as bad as they say it is? No. But I do occasionally meet people who are really anal about religion never being mentioned at Christmas.
Well I don't really despise this song, but I would like to bring up "Alfie the Christmas Tree" from the John Denver Muppets Christmas album. Am I the only one who, on the first hearing on this song, thought, "Oh no...Alfie's going to get chopped at the end isn't he?" Lol
Well my theory is the organization is entirely too authoritarian and certain people at the top freaked out about possible scandals instead of doing the right thing to begin with and turning people in.
The Sandusky story brought to light that this isn't a problem that can only be found in religious institutions, despite the many people who have tried to paint it that way. Any organizations that involve being around children are at risk of hiring the wrong person. Though on the other hand, from...

Well granted it's not so much a joke but Fozzie messing up a joke. Since he started out the joke talking about a bear, his punchline was supposed to be bear related. Instead he gets it wrong and the pun is cow related instead, lol.
Thanks, I was just trying to demonstrate that it's not unusual for the Muppets to make comments on putting profits ahead of morality. ;)
Makes you wonder how much longer they will hold out before they admit their way isn't working, heh.
