Sesame Street Season 49 Episode 4911 - Honk If You Love Libraries

Why is the library out in the middle of the arbor? Why? What sense does that make? What if it suddenly starts raining, all those books and computers and everything ou there getting wet and ruined? And since when do libraries have comic books for you to check out? Treasury and collection books...

For those who think McDonalds sponsoring Sesame Street is unusual

Steak n Shake is usually good, but their service has really begun to slack in recent years. Never heard of In-N-Out.

Now what's going on with YouTube?

So now it seems like the biggest thing according to the YouTube zeitgeist at the moment is . . . food.

For those who think McDonalds sponsoring Sesame Street is unusual

We had that once, I think . . . frozen strawberry lemonade . . . for like one summer . . . many years ago . . . I think. I know this past summer they had fruit slushes: blue raspberry, mango, and cherry limeade. But, eh, I don't even know why I should be surprised that we haven't had some of...

For those who think McDonalds sponsoring Sesame Street is unusual

Well, yeah, we have McCafe, however, the locations in my town really only have coffee, frappes, milkshakes, or smoothies on their McCafe menus. None of the restaurants have lemonade . . . and if they did, I'm sure it would just be part of their fountain drinks.

The "I Saw Something REALLY Weird Today" Thread

Not really weird so much as interesting, but I see today that Kids on the Block are now following me on Instagram . . . I wonder if they even remember offering me a summer job so many years ago, probably not, but oh well, lol.

The new What Made You Smile Today thread

Finally being able to replace the departed voice actor for MORON LEAGUE 4 - after a seven-month quest to find someone! I can finally breathe a sigh of relief . . . and I say that very lightly, because there's still the matter of actually filming and editing this thing ahead, and I know that...

Yes, and yes. It seems to be something of a season cereal anymore.

    The breakfast cereal thread

Wow. Buzz Bee's new voice is super annoying. But anyway, y'know, my quibble about Frosted Mini-Wheats is, no matter how fast you try to eat them, the milk washes away the frosting really, really quickly.

Does McDonald's have lemonade? Because none of the locations in my town do.

One thing I do miss from McDonald's is their orange drink . . . why they got rid of that, I have no idea, but for somebody who doesn't drink soda or anything carbonation (and doesn't like tea), that pretty much just leaves milkshakes or smoothies.

    The New New Quote Thread

GEORGE: Excuse me, how much is this? VENDOR: $1.89. GEORGE: I'll give you a quarter. VENDOR: Get the #3|| outta here! JERRY: Tell 'im 40 and no fork. GEORGE: 30. VENDOR: That's it, you leave and never come back! JERRY: How about we leave and come back in a week? VENDOR: Deal!

Because of the childhood obesity epidemic; where have you been maaaaan? Don't you know that the fast food industry was pressured into proving they weren't trading the health of our nation's children for the almighty profit (even though they were)? But in all seriousness, McDonald's was well...

For those who think McDonalds sponsoring Sesame Street is unusual

Granted, McDonald's does have pies . . . and, so does Burger King for that matter. Not on their kids menus, obviously, but they still have them. I'll treat myself to their pies every now and then, but not too often.

For those who think McDonalds sponsoring Sesame Street is unusual

Remember when Happy Meals used to actually come with treats such as cookies shaped like the McDonaldland characters and stuff like that? Now they come with stuff like apple slices, or yogurt . . . y'know, stuff kids can eat any other time anyway?

They're apparently getting ready to come out with a BEWITCHED line of Funko Pops. I really wish they'd put them out as a line of Vinyl Idolz instead.

What is your favorite Sid and Marty Krofft shows?

Given what a circus the current political landscape in and of itself is in, a D.C. FOLLIES remake would be most perfect at this time! Those short YouTube videos they did back during the 2012 elections were as sharp and clever as the original series ever was, and their recent video with Trump and...

What made you roll your eyes today thread?

I see Adobe brought back the option to download and install previous versions of Premiere, so I did just that with the previous version I had (CC 2017), in hope that I would be able to work with files from my camera and not have audio issues like in current versions, but unfortunately, it would...
