Oh yeah, sure, dump it on a streaming service that less people have than major streaming services like Netflix and Hulu. Yeah, that's sure to reel in the masses who have been wanting to see a new major Muppet project.
I'm guessing this photo was taken when they were taping Big Bird's Birthday, because that looks like the stand-in prop sign that Cookie tries to eat after he had devoured the lamppost.
Vampires have been really big for the past ten or fifteen years or so, and even kid-friendly properties not just Vampirina, but like the Hotel Transylvania movies and such, so I kind of doubt that would have anything to do with it.
The set for FTB looked amazing, so realistic and authenic. The set for EIG, on the other hand, looked like it was a replication of the set (circa the ATC era, of course) for like a theme park attraction or something . . . not really sure how to describe it, but I liked the FTB set better.
Often times whenever Jim performed characters, he would end sentences with a slightly mumbled, "ya see?" (Similar to stereotypical Canadians ending their sentences with, "eh?") Even Kermit wasn't immune to this on occasion.
I think we had a pretty good idea Season 50 was going to turn out to be quite a big deal - I mean how could it not? 50 years! Half a century! And still going strong! A year-long celebration is most appropos!
Spring has never been this early before! I swear, it keeps coming earlier and earlier, and lasting longer and longer every year . . . but sure, let's all continue to dismiss Climate Change as a "liberal hoax."
I can't believe I'm wearing a t-shirt and shorts in early February.
