I hafta put in my personal thanks to Jerry too! He's such and awesome performer! I love characters such as Crazy Harry, Lew Zealand, Robin, and Especially Floyd. But I also love his performance as the Ghost of Christmas Present in Muppet Christmas Carol. Simply wonderful! :sing:
I'm sure the Swedish Chef kitchen is amazing and all, it's just that I'm a 15 year old kid w/ no job and money's hard to come by for me. It's not that we're poor or anything, but my mom mainly buys just Lord of the Rings stuff (which IS cool though, hee hee)
Well, they *are* a little pricy. Like, 35 or so bucks is a lot of money. However I didn't mind spending 20 bucks on the Muppet Labs playset w/ Beaker when I got it! ;)
Here's another one of my problems: I don't have enough of the earlier figures! Gah! I could've killed myself for not getting Bunsen when I had the chance. I remember a while ago (when the figures first came out) I saw 'em and me and my dad thought they looked pretty cool. Of course we thought it...
Personally, I thought the Sam dancing on the beach thing was kinda cool. It shows that even the most stern of characters can break down once in a while and have a little fun :halo: .
But I realized this the other day: I miss Gonzo and Rizzo being a team. They had a little moment in IAVMMCM...
"And that's why I have this funny collar!"
lol, that's from It's A Very Merry Muppet Christmas Movie when Kermit was talking to Carson Daly. I thought that was a pretty good line.
I definitley miss the Electric Mayhem, Rowlf, and Scooter. I mean, sure characters like Pepe, Johnny, and Sal are cool and all, but nothing beats the classics. Sam the Eagle needs some more screen time too I think (IMO, Keven Clash does a pretty good job with him too).
One of the reasons I don't try and get every single figure is because of money. Not only that, but like, the conventions are never anywhere near me, and since I'm only 15, I can't drive yet :P And on eBay, some of this stuff is expensive :o :concern:
