My favorite Jerry moments was him as the Count, as I can recall some of his infamous songs. :batty:
Like Little Miss Count-a-long
Or Lambabaa
or Wash you hands
I can even recall the moment where the Count was on "Beat the Time," and he had to bring in 2 things from the sky, but all he...
Just....I can't say anything that hasn't alreaday been said. I think I can summon up Jerry Nelson in one word...Faithful.
What I mean by that is that when we lost Jim Henson and Richard Hunt, only Frank Oz and Jerry Nelson remained, and then Frank left to semi-retirement and only Jerry...
At least according to this..

So what do you all say to news like that ? :)
Was it just me, or did anyone find it a bit funny that they were talking about Sportsmanship, when one of the episodes topics of this upcoming 43 season centers on being a good sport ? :p
NOOOOO!!!!!
Blasted Elmo loving fans are replacing the good fans of the oldschool era and are replacing the minds of what used to be good Sesame Street stories. :wisdom:
Thank goodness most of this upcoming season focuses on Cookie Monster, so that shows some Old School love right there with...
I finally saw them and it was kind of short for such a big event coverage. I mean not even an appearance of an USA Olympic Competitor was used for the moment. :(
And they kept calling them "The Muppets," even though I know that Sesame Street co-owns the Muppet name when it comes to the shows...
I have to say I do agree with Mr. Oz here, I mean the entire new Muppets movie felt like Cliche city with a few funny moments in between it and I mean a few. :o
So yeah, I can see where Oz is coming from as the Muppets, while are are icons for families everywhere, have lost a bit of its edge...
Man, another repeat in a new format, if you get the idea.
Still, it felt like Elmo's Green Thumb was the first original Sesame Street live show in a longtime. :(
Given that :super: is going to Comic Con this year along side the ponies, it makes you wonder if this idea could someday be a reality...at least while the shows are on the air and in the public's eye.
Well, we had a TV Special on it and a Sesame Street Live story on it, but then again People would compare it to the recent Muppet Movie in several ways given the similar plot lines of the film.
