    Save the Fozzie Replica

MR have always wanted to make Fozzie. He was virtually cancelled when it looked like they couldnt find another factory and there was little interest. However, since the poll has showed that there is interest in Fozzie, and my help in comming up with other options, he is now back on again, pending...

    Save the Fozzie Replica

There are no available price on Fozzie as a place to make him has to be found and it depends on their production costs, but I do think it will be highly unlikely that he will retail for under $1000 and he could be double that. Some quotes so far would mean that he would of retailed for $5000!

    Save the Fozzie Replica

MR's forum is back up and running, but the Fozzie poll is now closed there.Guess they dont need it now.I hope we can still keep this one going till we break the 500 barrier just to prove it can be done.No more news on Fozzie as everyone has been closed over the christmas/New year period, but I...

What was the last Henson thing you bought?

Where are The Critters? Of the eight Critters, I can only see 2 of them in Jim Henson's doodles-the one that looks like a smiling spikey Sun(page 10) and the Fearzog(screaming monster, raising both arms,Page112).Where are you seeing the other six?

    Save the Fozzie Replica

It has been discussed, but the market wouldnt be big for it as the edition numbers are already small, and not everyone who bought the character would buy an accessory. There was talk of making a Reporter kermit complete(wearing the outfit) but didnt happen.Lithiumbrain here at MC is planning to...

    Save the Fozzie Replica

At last I am glad somebody liked it.I didnt think he was that bad.I think some of us are being too critical and expecting too much.We are not going to get a 100% looking Fozzie, when even the muppet workshop makes different looking Fozzies.Look at the current MC homepage and see the moulin Rouge...

    Are Kermit and Piggy married?

Muppets take Manhatten was filmed in 1984.Jim Henson died some 6 years later, in 1990.So there was plenty of time to work things out.kermit said in an interview not long after, that it was only a movie.Personally, I think it is more fun to see them perpetially dating, than them settling down.As...

    Save the Fozzie Replica

Fozzie's Final appearance Just to correct this, Fozzie did make one more appearance at the NY 2008 Toy fair,Feb 17-20, so this would be the last time Fozzie was photographed. This Fozzie has now gone "missing". So of the 3 prototypes, one is missing, one was destroyed, and one is unknown.

    Save the Fozzie Replica

No, by smaller edition, I mean less Fozzies made.He will still be 1:1 scale.I dont think the license would allow for a half(legless) Fozzie, because then people could easily turn him into a puppet.
