I guess they sort of do, via Pixar. Doesn't Disney own that? Some Companies don't mind doing outside work. They see it as more revenue, while others don't like sharing as they see it as helping compediters. Disney own or have interests in lots of Companies, so it doesn't really matter, as it is...
From what I researched, the Creature Shop only made it for the Seller, rather than being a Henson character. The seller called it Rudy Bear, and the Pawn shop bought it for $1000.Scroll through the list.

I see that Amazon have the 12" variations. they look different.
Here is the 12 inch Waldorf. Note the mouth appears more open
and hanging tags are in different position. I would go for the 17"
ones to match up.
Sorry, I thought you were joking and I was continuing the "sarcasm ", but as you were serious, I don't really agree and think it is great that other Celebrities want the Muppets on their show/special event. But it would be great if the Muppets could also do more of their own shows.
You could search this list. There has been Monopoly, a chess game, various Muppet Show games, Kermit and Miss Piggy have also had their own board games. Are you after just board games, because there are also games without boards, like Yahtzee and also card games, like Uno, etc...

I just realised that Avalon made two different Fozzie Bear plaster figures, so I am now looking to get the second figure. Could anyone sell me the kit or a plaster cast from it? I am after the one where he is holding onto his hat. (As opposed to the other one where he had both arms on his stomach.)
