It was fine for what it was. Nothing really super insightful or new, and most of the classic footage shown was lifted from the Old School and 40 Years DVDs.
I mean, they've been doing this for months now. It's more about getting more views than anything, really. Even rare classic stuff has barely reached like 200,000 views, while something directly trying to fit in with "Baby Shark" and their ilk are the things getting a million+ hits.
Good luck. If they stick you at a computer station, you should not doubt be able to skip through the footage, so you can make the most of your time if you're sick of "Madrigal Alphabet" or whathaveya.
I mean, sure, but with all the OPs Disney has snatched up in recent years, it's nice that this went to the Muppets and it's not "Tony Stark's BBQ Steakhouse" or whatever.
I think the commission thing depends on what's being asked of you. If someone just wants a simple caricature of a friend or something at no-cost, I see that as fine. If the they want a recreation of Guernica, then no, that shouldn't be pro-bono.
Yeah, but it's like three minutes where not very much happens. Compare to the Foodie Truck bits; they may be five minutes, but they don't let a second go by without something happening.
Ryan's been doing Elmo ad nauseam for almost 7 years and he's a talented guy, he has a huge range. I'm sure he's relishing any oppertunity to do a different character.
