It exists, but there's no retail sold DVD or VHS of it. It's from the Jim Henson Hour from an episode called "The Secrets of the Muppets". I saw it when it first aired but not since.

The new TMNT has seriously grown on me, it's just like the Eastman & Laird original comics, but the goofy original cartoon is still my fav. Crap, I didn't even realize season 1 was out, gotta' go find that.
Any special features to report on (on either season 1 or 2)?
The concept is that Scooter, Statler, Waldorf and Animal are watching some strange Japanese Muppet spin off, either on TV or live. The punchline gag is really just the last panel. A big set-up for a cheap joke, but I still enjoyed working on it.
