The Sesame Street Live picture you mentioned is actually from the reissue of the 1973 Sesame Street Live album that came out in 1977. Your Thoughts: Sesame Street Monopoly
I know Barnes and Noble will have it this fall. Media Play should be getting it some time. Other than that it will probably be speciality stores and the like. If you can't find it locally and really want it soon, I'd get it on-line.- Phillip
