Sam and Friends Book Read our review of the long-awaited book, "Sam and Friends - The Story of Jim Henson's First Television Show" by Muppet Historian Craig Shemin.
Since the rights to Kermit and the Classic Muppets are now owned by Disney they are no longer the property of the Henson Company. Therefore, Kermit's image can't be used on the site itself.
Just a little plug, you can hear tons of old Sesame music on Muppet Central Radio. I'm working on a project to get all of the Sesame albums included in our rotation in the near future. I've been remastering each of the old LP's, one by one.

Ty, thanks for the input. I agree they could do whatever episodes they want. Originally their plan though was to release the 3-episode discs in episode order. We will just have to wait and see if they continue that for a couple releases or skip around like you say since season box sets are on...

Just wanted to thank everyone for the birthday wishes. It was a nice day, espescially being the first birthday with our son. Life truly gets fun when you have kids.
I don't think the box will limit sales at all since 99% of those buying this will be doing so on-line. Outside of the rare local comic shop, it won't be available in any other brick and mortar stores.

I just got the Special Edition Fraggle DVD from www.fragglerocker.com and to say the least it contains a few surprises.
