Alright, so it looks to be this was clearly racially motivated after all. A video recently surfaced of an employee dressed as Telly (I believe) literally purposely pushing down a young black girl on the ground. My heart sank watching it.
To clarify, more videos surfaced of the same person in the Rosita costume ignoring black children.
So honestly, this could be racially motivated. It could just be a coincidence. At this point, it's hard to determine unless the person in the costume speaks up on the issue.
