What does 'orphaned works' even mean? That sounds really vague, and potentially dangerous... As a Canadian this doesn't apply to me, but as an artist, I support your cause, because this sounds awful.
Haha, Kevin! I definately agree that shown in conjunction with other shows, this will provide a great source or edutainment for kids. Though, quick question: are they still making Reading Rainbow, or showing the same old 15-year-old reruns? I sort of like the idea that although they are using an...
The shut-up steve one IS one that is from England! I've seen both versions!
However, I should correct myself; in the Oreo one they're actually Australian. Realised that I wrote the wrong thing after it was too late to edit my post. ><
Also, Snowthers, the Geico Gecko being Australian doesn't...
Hmm... lots of opinions on this one.

I'm with Jamie on the music department; Randy Newman is fine but somehow...
I think it's cause alot of them come from Britain (and I guess the people in charge don't think that americans can understand things that aren't 100% american ). 'Cause I get some american channels, there was a recent commercial that had english accents on some channels and american...

I read the first part! Reading the second part. Um, cheesecake encounter? I've been there. >< I love how she's WATCHING Labyrinth in it! That's great! Jareth sounds really mean. But Coffee is super cute and quirky (like someone else I know... ;) ) so keep at it and I will keep reading. <3
The part I don't understand is this: the JHC has taken stuff off YouTube before, so how could a whole movie (that is available for purchase in stores!) have lasted this long? And what would be the reasoning for leaving The Dark Crystal, when both of those old 1960's Wilson's Meats Meeting Films...
It's kind of true, though I found americans to be pretty friendly on my various visits to the states, even in NYC, which has a reputation for having tough people live there. Though I did get major, major attitude from a lot of department store clerks. Geez, I have a bad job too but please don't...
