Hadn't you seen those before, Tygerbug? They're from two excellent books, Muppet Babies Fairy Tales and Muppet Babies Nursery Rhymes--they're both full of pictures like this....pretty cool, eh?
I'd still like to see Skeeter as an ADULT some day. But I guess I'm one of the few.

Very nice Ron--nice to see someone actually PLAYING with their toys outside of the box they came in! Right now my Simpsons figures are on a field trip at Muppet Labs, and the Monsters INC characters just escaped...Beaker's gonna have a rough day. Then again, EVERY day's a rough day for...
I didn't mean to imply that YOU were a moron. Well, I guess I did. But I didn't mean it like that. I'm a moron for continuing to try with a machine that had such a weak little grippy claw thingy.

Bonus features a-plenty, Nate--I've been waiting for these since Disney started releasing it's "bare bones" versions several years ago. Here are SOME of them from Snow White:
Hosted by Roy Disney and The Magic Mirror
Two VIP Tours
Deleted Scenes and Songs (verrrry interesting stuff)...
I agree, and if they did it right, there'd be plenty of room for some biting satire of Hollywood and the whole "system." I'm just wondering if they'd really put teeth into it, right after being given another chance by (fill in the blank with whichever studio/people end up acquiring our...
uh....actually....
unless I'm totally looking in the wrong place, NEITHER of those sites has the cassette tape of "Put Down The Duckie" listed. It's not the same thing as the VHS/DVD 25th Anniversary thing that came out a few years later...it's an audio tape from Golden Publishing...
Hey Mupps,
I'm looking for a few extra Kermits and Piggys to play some customizing games with. Here's a list of things I'm looking to trade--you send me a Kermit or Piggy (can even be loose, out of package, whatever) or the money so I can buy a Kermit and Piggy at my local Toys R Us, and I...
They recently (over the last year or two) have made a big resurgence around here--I see them in most of the bigger grocery stores and retail stores--around here, that's Smith's, Fred Meyer, Target, Albertson's...other than that, they're in most of the arcades...if they're still called "arcades"...
"Time will tell????"
I HATE time!!!
Time is my immortal enemy, and has been since the beginning. Patience is not a strong suit. Then again, neither is Spades, and they never complain. I shall just have to wait.

Even though this is in the wrong section of the forum (hee-hee) I still thought I'd reply. Just as I was thinking "only a MORON would fall for these claw machines) I wasted a dollar yesterday trying to liberate EITHER a Tuxedo Kermit or a Curious George on top of a rocket from a claw machine...
before I discovered the beauty of eBay (thanks to some vintage Muppet Central people all those years ago), the majority of my stuff came from thrift stores....and you can still find plenty of Muppet and Sesame Street stuff there. In fact, we were there the other day looking for tins and Really...
Hey everyone--about ten years ago, Golden Publishing put out a tape called "Put Down The Duckie." It was one of my favorites, and I wore through THREE copies of the tape. Does anyone happen to have this, and could you post a list of the songs on it? I want to burn a CD that has the songs in...
Hey compadres,
I'm hoping Byron or some similarly-mad Disney nut will be able to tell me the answer to this--Disney recently started their run of what I understand will be ten Classics released in the Platinum DVD format. The first was Snow White, the second will be Beauty and the Beast next...
I'm with you, Beak...the key is going to be in the writing of this, and Jerry Juhl has always been the best. Unfortunately, it seems like he's pretty much retired, at least from Muppet projects. It would be wonderful if Oz and Juhl could be brought back to work on a story like "The Next Muppet...
It irritates me sometimes too, but when I consider that most of my replies are just "yup," and that anything worth saying generally takes a few minutes to hammer out, I just take a deep breath and am glad I'm alive. Or something.
And other times I get really ticked off.
Quinnnnnnnnnnnnn
Cool, Lu...Nightwing is one of my favorite characters, whether its from his Robin days or his modern version--Grayson is the best. I can't wait to see what they're going to do with him in the current JLA--which I'm hoping is a temporary roster change.
And Beaker, there are a lot of us out...
Hiya Grail,
I'm a big time DC fan, again, probably because I grew up with SuperFriends and Batman and stuff...and although I'll read the occasional Marvel trade paperback or something, I'm not a big fan.
Haven't picked up the Meltzer GA yet....but I'm loving that they've revived Hawkman...
