    Everyone Knows it's Butters

Yeah, the "S" episode was great! How 'bout the one that's a spoof of "Lord of the Rings," when the tapes are accidentally switched, and Butters watches an adult film instead? He becomes Gollum-like, and tries to retrieve the "precious" video from Cartman, Stan and Kyle, who are on a "quest"...

    I made muffins for breakfast...

Yeah, isn't it against the law or something to squish muffins? Anyway, I guess I'll take a plain ol' muffin...I can imagine it's filled with nice, ripe, fresh blueberries, right?

You mean the Kevin Smith movie? Nah. The song was written and performed by Tom Waits, but the Springsteen version is probably more well known. The song is featured in the film's closing credits, though.

    Everyone Knows it's Butters

I actually like Butters. He's pretty funny. One of my favorite Butters eps. is the one where Cartman & the guys plan to infiltrate a slumber party, and decide Butters would make the best girl. Cartman fakes Butters' death (he tosses a pig carcass off the roof of a building), and Butters...

Anyone Seen "The Simpons Movie" yet?

Anyone Seen "The Simpons Movie" yet?

The chain (usually) goes like this: Theater DVD Pay Per View Cable (HBO, etc.) (sometimes) Network TV Basic cable (TBS, etc.) Also, in the past, one usually had to wait six months for a theatrical film to come out on video. Now it's what? Two to four months? Films seem to get onto PPV and...

Anyone Seen "The Simpons Movie" yet?

Sorry, I can't really help you there, Beau. I saw the Simpsons and LOVED it! On the other hand, I'm a Bourne fan. I've read the three original novels by Robert Ludlum (haven't gotten to the one or two others written by someone else after Ludlum's death), and really enjoyed the first two...

Anyone Seen "The Simpons Movie" yet?

William, it would not surprise me in the least if a day comes when a brand new feature is available on DVD the same day it opens in theatres. Some On Demand/Pay Per View services are kinda doing something similar with IFC On Demand. With just a push of a button on your remote, you can watch a...

    Any Mickey Mouse character fans?

My favorite Daffy was the first one, by Bob Clampett, the rubbery duck with the high-pitched voice who bounced all around the screen, exclaiming "hoo-hoo!" One of my favorite Daffy shorts is The Daffy Doc (1938), which is the duck at his best, running amuck in a hospital, much to the chagrin of...
