It's very underrated. In fact (I'm sure you've heard this) some scholars claim that the play wasn't even written by Shakespeare. Or at the very least he collaborated with someone. I personally believe the play IS Shakespeare's.
But it is kind of a weird play with so much violence...
That film was the only one in which Katharine Hepburn really let her hair down. She played screwball and slapstick brilliantly. It's a shame she was never given another opportunity to display these particular talents.
I haven't bought the set yet, but here are my favorite eps. from season 2, with my favorite songs/sketches noted.:)
Rich Little (Chan Son D'amour, Inchworm, press conference)
Don Knotts (The Windmills of Your Mind)
Rudolf Nureyev (Minuet in G Major, Don Giovanni with Piggy & Link)...

Um...I'm just gonna...uh...sit in the corner and be quiet for a while...
I read somewhere that DVDs are actually cheaper to manufacture than video cassettes.
BTW, whenever I look at your current avvy, I don't know why, but I have a strange thirst for Hawaiian Punch for some reason...can't put my finger on it, but it's weird!
