Cameo spots you loved, yay! (and hated, booo!)

With all this talk of Angelina Jolie possibly starring, or appearing, in the new Muppet film, I thought it was worth discussing the people we loved and hated in the old films when they cameoed. The guy who has most stuck with me since first seeing the movies is The Owner (of El Sleezo) in...

Angelina Jolie In Talks to Star in New Muppet Film

Well, I said it in the other thread, but I'll say it again, if she's starring she should be the villian. Muppet movies have always had humans as villians. But then again, they often had human leads as well as the Muppets (Muppets Take Manhatten had two!). I'm getting overly excited for this...

Disney Enlists Segel & Stoller for new Muppets movie

*stares* It would be one of the best things ever! Especially if she was the bad-guy, but whoever she was -- cameo, or character, or random -- she would be marvelous. Although she's not always been the most convincing actress, she has true star-power and Tomb-Raider proved that if she can't act...

    Idea: Staging the Cube

That's true. Especially if the stagehands were obvious enough for you to notice them, but not so that he does. Since "The Cube" is, in theory, meant to represent life...it would make sense to have stagehands.

Abby in Wonderland poofs onto DVD September 30

I confess I've never been a fan of it, or watched any of the adaptions all the way through. But this one looks totally cute. I'm most excited by seeing Grover involved as a main player, and also Count as the Countapiller. The costumes/adapted puppets are all completly adoreable and cute...
