With all this talk of Angelina Jolie possibly starring, or appearing, in the new Muppet film, I thought it was worth discussing the people we loved and hated in the old films when they cameoed.
The guy who has most stuck with me since first seeing the movies is The Owner (of El Sleezo) in...
Hello there and welcome, and excuse the bugs and lice, sure, we have our little problems, but you'll never beat the price...
I mean, er...HI!
If you have ever had a chance to watch It's a Very Merry Muppet Movie, which was released a while ago now, it has quite a good show-case of the new...
You need to keep peas...and throw them at that nasty girl. Hehe! :insatiable:
*ahem* I can't seem to stop punning in this thread...
Bea:zany:{By punning, I mean polluting, of course}regard
Well, I said it in the other thread, but I'll say it again, if she's starring she should be the villian. Muppet movies have always had humans as villians. But then again, they often had human leads as well as the Muppets (Muppets Take Manhatten had two!).
I'm getting overly excited for this...
*stares* It would be one of the best things ever! Especially if she was the bad-guy, but whoever she was -- cameo, or character, or random -- she would be marvelous. Although she's not always been the most convincing actress, she has true star-power and Tomb-Raider proved that if she can't act...

Or possibly a month. Maybe two. Or three, or a year.
Or three days. Or eleven. Or nineteen.

Bea:zany:{Well, no, I have a few ideas...but no solid facts}regard
To be honest, I can't see them 're-working' Kermit, as such, just re-dressing and re-releasing him for those who didn't hop on the first time.
Bea:zany:{'hop' pun intended, of course.}regard
That said...I'd buy him...
I confess I've never been a fan of it, or watched any of the adaptions all the way through. But this one looks totally cute. I'm most excited by seeing Grover involved as a main player, and also Count as the Countapiller. The costumes/adapted puppets are all completly adoreable and cute...
Wembly Whacking 3? Sounds like some kind of video-game...Poor wembler...:coy:
Bea:zany:{Oh...the OTHER WW3...}regard
EDIT: I am going to have to start collecting all these jaws to sell on e-bay...
