Let's not go about dragging up names from the past, please. They've all had their lessons learnt, and I totally get your point about us being laid-back...but let's not bring up all the people who have been banned just for the sake of it, 'k?
If I ever get a Muppet tatt, it would totally be the Ink-style Kermit you made a while back, Vicster. Either a tatt or a t-shirt...still haven't got around to making tha t-shirt...
I'm afraid I'm gunna have to put forward another side (not that we're taking sides...or are we? *grabs pitchforks* Wait...what was I saying? Oh yes!) The issue is that once someone has posted and everyone's replied to them...If they then go and change the original post, suddenly all the...
My my my, Well, well, well, now this is interesting...
I think an issue that has been touched upon but not specifically mentioned is that often the "Off-topic" discussions happening at the moment are not what we term as "Muffining" but rather they are 'specialist subject' discussions. Without...
Perhaps Peanut discussion could take place in a Peanut thread? I keep coming here to read updates, and finding that all we've had is Peanut talk...
Bea:zany:{*eats some salted peanuts*}regard

Well, what I'd like to see is what I've always wanted to see. A Muppet SitCom (the situation in this case, being frogs and pigs and bears and chickens and things in a real-world situation). So they'd be living in their house, they'd be putting on a show. They'd be living, having...

But seriously, Disney is finally doing a good job with them...Even in terms of simply merchandising, I've never seen Muppet Birthday Cards...
"Latest gossip I heard, sweety, was that ‘your’ frog was
out with a different girl every night!"
Piggy smirked. "No," she said. "That was moi with a
different outfit every night.
Hahahah! Oh I love that comeback!
Rowlf was sitting prophetically
How else can he sit...
Not necesarally, she sounds open to possibilities. If she finds more people respond who don't live with their parents and collect Star Trek figures, she'll have to readjust her thesis. Or if she finds it's not the Boomers buying these toys, but the 20-somethings, again, she'll have to adjust her...
Hang on, you haven't seen...! Aww...You really should, it's a very powerful and moving movie, and gives the Muppets a whole new texture (having seen them in the Kermit-less universe). And I think you'd like it. I fought and fought it, until I actually saw it and realised it kinda made sense.
Yeah...um...Have you seen how much work kids have to do these days? Not just at school, but also at home. When 8-year-olds are bringing home pages and pages of research work to do over the *weekend*, that kinda makes me worry for the school system.
I can imagine so! Or maybe somewhere in the middle. As long as the snow isn't falling on a frozen despressed Frog, but rather on a happy perfect musical scene I'll be SO happy.
