What the "H"?
Wait...no.
I just wanted to spend a penny, or drop in two cents, or something, and just point out that I have seen Muppets in merch everywhere I look these days, such as I never have before. It seems I hardly ever leave the house these days without seeing someone in a Miss Piggy...
Thank you Brooks Barnes! You are my new journalistic hero...you've typed up into a logical blow-by-blow account the history that we here at MC have been following for a year. It's like seeing an article about a local hero where everyone knows the story, but reads anyway because *finally* said...
Well...in Spiderman 3, he DID have a fangirl mob, but they only wanted him for superficial reasons...No one loved him the way he needed to be loved, except Mary-Jane.
I think the purpose of Venom making him more Emo than Evil...was that it would be easier for the audience to identify with the...
Of course officially Britian created America anyway so...*shifty eyes, runs away with American flag and tea from Boston*
Bea:zany:{Kidding, kidding...now get back on topic ;P}regard
I'm gunna go out on a limb and say that, although I have never watched SS regularly since I was a youngling, I slowly grew to dislike the fact that Big Bird just appeared everywhere and was the main character of almost all the home-videos, etc. I felt that it was he, before Elmo, who hogged the...
Well, we're talking Craige Fergusan type late-night, I believe, and you don't get much funnier from a Britishman turned American than he.
Bea:zany{(how many of those can there even be though?)}regard
A mixture of both, is best. Something old, something new. Something borrowed, something blue (Gonzo?). I think that these writer's have the "late-night sensability" and that they will make that work for the Muppets for this. I have no doubt that Jim will be writing bits for interviews...
Muppets From Space will be on Danish tv station DR1 at 15.00 Danish time, as their random Saturday Afternoon movie. It's great that something Muppety still hits the airwaves from time to time!
Bea:zany:{Reporting this news myself, as the Danes refused :hungry:}regard
A silly observation of my own is that people who play Sims, and then stop playing Sims for a month, suddenly have a craving to control people's lives...Unfortunately, you can't get a huge cow plant to eat them if they keep coming over to steal your newspaper though...I am told...*ahem*...Maybe I...
Now I'm on the in-betweeny-line here, because when I am writing (a short-story, or book) I almsot have to find a song which represents it in my mind and listen to that on repeat while writing.
But when I am typing a response to a thread, or reading something that isn't trivial, I have to...
Hehe...Good point.
As long as someone were to make a note of the edits they did, yeah, it would make sense.
I just have that tiny itch of a fear that once we have the power to edit, by Gosh, we'll edit. Hehe!
Bea:zany:{But did I include this in my original post? Kidding ya ;P}regard
