Okay, I got a question about message replies in general. It hasn't happened too often to me, but have any of you gotten a Muppet Central message that was emailed to you, but was meant to be in reply to someone else's message?
I ask because I have been getting messages lately from the "Muppet...
Well, they did have Alice Cooper, and that episode was weird...
Hey, if they're shooting for having guest stars that everyone would know and that are timeless, why not:
Bill Cosby
Morgan Freeman
Mel Brooks
Gene Wilder (couldn't you just imagine a Willy Wonka spoof with Miss Piggy trying...
New Gilda's Club project...with a tribute to Richard Hunt
Hey, everyone! Great news!
Some of you know that I am involved with volunteering for Gilda's Clubs. I thought I'd let you all know about my new project. For other foam-blooded Muppet fans like me, I think this'll put a lift in your...
Hey, you guys! I was at my local Wal-Mart looking through the $5.88 DVD bin they got there, and I found a DVD of the old Bozo shows...and guess who's on em? That's right! Carroll Spinney! I could only find one from the entire bin, so I don't know what's on the other DVD, but he (Spinney) is...
Hi, everyone!
Hey, I'm working on a project, and I need to find a picture of Peter Friedman. Y'know, the guy who performed the seven foot tall talking carrot on the Gilda Radner episode of TMS. I've heard he's done other stuff, too, but I'm trying to find a photo of him from the late 70's...
Hi, folks. Convincing John here.
I, like all of you, have been thinking a lot about the Henson/Disney news, and I'm kinda on the fence on this. We're just gonna have to wait and see.
Well, the real reason for my post is this. As some of you know, I've done some volunteer Art projects to...
Sure is, if you mean the one in Davenport, Iowa. It's right along the river. Just click on the link on my signature to get to their site.
FYI, I have an original piece of art of mine on permanent display there. It'll be auctioned off with all the proceeds going to help the Gilda's Club...
Hey, all right! Other people remember this commercial, too! To this day, I still remember that mountain eating the dancing popsicles.
When I was little, I thought that mountain was one of the "Dancing Mountains" that Scooter was referring to in the Phyllis George episode of TMS! ;)
So...
Hey, does anyone remember a commercial from like...oh, boy, I'd say 1979 or 1980 for Swiss Miss Cocoa-flavored popsicles featuring puppet characters? Well, I do. I thought I'd tell you about it, for any fans out there of chocolate popsicles and puppets:
I don't really remember the dialogue...
Finally! Here's your picture of Munchie!
Here's why I couldn't find a picture of him...it's spelled Munchy, not Munchie. My mistake :o
Well, if you check out this link:

You can check him out. The website I got it from was for something...
Thank you, Buck Beaver! Reticulated foam, eh? Didn't know that. I'll take your advice and stay away from the egg crate stuff. Thanks for the helpful links, too! :)

New Gilda Art!!!
Hey, everyone! I've made a new piece of "Gilda-Art"! It's at the same place where the other photos are of my work. Just follow the instructions in the first post in this thread to see it.
This piece of art is a pen and ink drawing I did of Roseanne Roseannadanna! The...
Hey, everyone. Convincing John here.
I'm planning on making a human puppet (about the size of Farley, but with a head about the same shape as Zoot's).
Anyway, is there a foam that lasts longer than other types...or is there no difference, really? In the past, I've made a couple puppets...
I don't think that was Jim that played the hip dude in "On the Subway". I'm almost postive it was Jerry Nelson, because he sounds kind of like :sing:. But Jim did perform :) in the clip! Regardless, Jim is still cool!!!
That subway song is one of my favorite Sesame Street clips of all...
Happy Birthday, Muppet Central!
I love that animated banner! I'm so glad to see that one of my faves, Roosevelt Franklin, is on it!
Muppet Central is my all-time favorite website and has been when I first discovered it back in early 1998. I've even made it my home page!!!
1. What is...
My "Tick Tock Sick" Book is Finished!
Hi, everybody. Convincing John, here.
I just wanted to let everybody know that I finally got my "Tick Tock Sick" book back from my professor (she loved it!) For those of you who don't know, I made a book based off of the Jim Henson jazz tune "Tick Tock...
Hello. Convincing John here. I've been away on Winter Break and I just wanna say I'm glad to be back with you guys here at Muppet Central. Oh, by the way, I know some people have been wanting to do some tape trades with me, and I'm sorry I haven't gotten back to you. My email account expired...
