I watched the ABC special It's Only Rock and Roll, and to your point, Allison was a real bad-*** in this one. In this film, she played the lead singer for a teenage band called Hallie's Comet (go to 16:36 for the good stuff). Check it out in the link below.
Floyd: Mmm, mmm, MMMM! That was mighty fine, Gladys! My compliments to the chef!
Gladys: (leaning down) Hey, he says he liked it!
Floyd: Who're you talking to?
Gladys: The short-order cook.
Floyd: This place takes itself so literally.
Gladys: Well, of course it does! Hey, you want to see our...

Not my favorite either, but still okay in my book. The 1980's songs are the weakest spots in the playlist when placed alongside tunes like "Layla," "The Joker," and "Stairway to Heaven" (although STH is quite overplayed imo).
Today I listened to lots of great classic rock and pop while cleaning my room:
The Very Best of Hall and Oates album
Bon Jovi, "Living on a Prayer"
Boston, "Peace of Mind"
Pink Floyd, "Money"
Bryan Adams, "Cuts Like a Knife"
Edgar Winter, "Frankenstein"
John Lennon, "Imagine"
The Cars, "Just...

I finally found a sure way to lose weight: I bought a scale that lies!
Prices are so high that yesterday I bought a pound of hamburger and had to have a co-signer!
I bet on a horse that came in so late, they paid the jockey time and a...
I think that this is one of the best E&B bits that was produced after Jim Henson's passing. This is not only a catchy ensemble number (with LOTS of Muppets here), but Frank and Steve were still in their prime. Plus, Bert starts screaming so much that he sounds like Grover! Can't go wrong with...
:batty:: "I, the Count, have forgotten how to count! This is terrible, horrible, abominable, and not so good."
---from the Sesame Street song "What Comes After Three?"
Cookie Monster: Santa Claus leave me cookies, and me leave Santa...a necktie! No, no, no! Me going to leave him SHAVING cream!
Gordon: Well, Cookie Monster, most people leave him something else.
Cookie: What? What do most people leave for Santa? What, Gordon, what?
Gordon: Cookies.
(Cookie...
Yep...Kermit's angriest moment by far (at least in the Jim Henson era)! His meltdown in "A Very Atrocious Muppet X-Mas Disaster Movie" is another one.
Gonzo: Kermit! They're gone! My Mexican jumping beans were in this dish, and now they're GONE!!!
Kermit: Well maybe somebody ate them.
Gonzo...
PumpkinJ and gavry3: PLEASE stop taking up space on this thread with this pointless discussion. Some of us are tired with this irrelevant nonsense and we don't want to get admins involved to get you guys to do as we ask. Please, please let's just talk about classic SS clips that we want to...
There was a woman who filled in for a music teacher at the day camp where I work, and she was very pretty. I thought she was in her early 30s, no more than 35...she just friended me on Facebook and I discovered that she's 41.
I would be interested in more stuff from seasons 10, since there have been a bunch of newly discovered episodes on YouTube. I'm especially interested in the episodes that were recycled from season 8 like episodes 1232 (repeat of #954), 1244 (repeat of #998), and 1272 (repeat of #999). Those...
What if Beaker never worked for Dr. Bunsen Honeydew? What would he be doing instead? Would Bunsen just hire somebody else as his assistant?
What if we were introduced to Robin the Frog's parents?
What if Floyd and Janice were to get married? Would the Electric Mayhem call it quits?
What if...
