You guys know about those quizzes that determine who your Hollywood exes/dates would be? I took it and got J-Law as a result. (I was a bit displeased to be honest because she's not my ideal picture of beauty or personality.)
If I could choose one woman to date, and maybe marry...I'd have to say...
Mr. Johnson: Do you think you can bring me a meal WITHOUT dropping it on the floor?
Grover: Where there is life, there is hope...

Also, am I the only...
Uh...WOW. Time flies, doesn't it? My fellow MC Forum members, after five years away from writing Muppet Show outlines...I have a BRAND-NEW one to present today! Here is a new outline with the singer who fronted the Four Seasons, and became the inspiration for the smash hit Broadway musical...
@LittleJerry92 This one's for you:
"Hey! HEY! Put that booth down! Hey, where you going with this telephone booth? Come on, you can't do this! We're too heavy...we're a heavy group!"
Yeah, apparently several tabloids published articles about it, and one began with a somewhat tasteless but rather clever joke: "Sesame Street has been brought to you today by the letter X!"
I still chuckle when I think about it.
To me, there would be no Mariah Carey or Beyonce without Tina Turner. So even though the "Queen Bey" pun is cute, it's really not accurate. TINA is the Queen...she performed well into her '70s and might still be performing to this day.
I really do appreciate the enthusiasm here, but here's what it comes down to: If I had more time, I would be posting more fanfics and giving feedback to others. But life comes along and keeps doling out more opportunities, obstacles, and responsibilities that must be dealt with. So for now fan...
Funny that I just posted a quote from this particular Muppet Show episode in the New New Quote Thread...anyway, here's Sir Elton John singing Crocodile Rock. I always love watching Dr. Teeth and Animal trying to upstage Elton throughout the song, not to mention the singing crocodiles. My...
Kermit: Hey Chef, you're on next!
Swedish Chef: Yee-burdee-borken-borken...
Kermit: I know, I know...
Swedish Chef: Noo-fleebur-fleebur-durken-dee-borgy-borgy...
Kermit: Yeah, I know! I KNOW! (Chef exits, and Kermit shrugs) I don't know.
The Muppet Show Episode 214: Elton John
I watched a couple of videos from this performance and it looks absolutely sensational, inspirational, and celebrational! A few bits are recycled from the Hollywood Bowl show (such as Movin' Right Along, Muppet Labs, and the Electric Mayhem songs), but I have no problem with that.
Highlights...
An undeniable classic! As a kid, whenever I saw that sketch I fell on the floor laughing. Just like this one:
:(: Hey Ernie, bananas are food. They are for eating, not for putting in your ear.
:p: (loudly) WHAT WAS THAT, BERT?
:( (agitated, starts shouting): Will you just take that banana out of...
Kermit: Oh, look! The Happiness Hotel! (camera cuts to a dilapidated building)
Fozzie: If that's the Happiness Hotel, I'd hate to see what the Sadness Hotel looks like.
----from "The Great Muppet Caper"
Kermit: Where's Fozzie? He's supposed to be onstage.
Floyd Pepper: Oh, he must be late getting back from group!
Kermit: Group? ....Fozzie went to group therapy??
Floyd: (laughing) Yeah, he wants to learn to be more dominating!
Fozzie (from behind the backstage doors, emphatically): Open up...
