That list is incomplete. I was reading through it and saw that they missed a lot of characters like the Hawaiian Punch guy, Oscar the Grouch, Uncle Remus, Daedalus, HR Pufnstuf, Boober Fraggle, and Obelix. (Obelix! How freakin' cool is that?!) But they did list The Scarecrow twice.

We've never seen a Fraggle with bedhead in the TV series. Well, not as I think of it: unnaturally rumpled and flat on one side. I've shown Janken that way in a story, though. Maybe only Jan has hair long enough to get bedhead.
