You live in a much stranger clime than I do, friend. Except for "mustache day" once a year at my last workplace, have seen nothing of the sort anywhere.
Hey Snowth. Soul patch!

Not really, no. Some of his videos were quite creative..."Thriller," "Ghosts," from an eye-candy standpoint...but no. Pop is still pop, and they all sound the same to me...yawn-inducing and mostly in four-four time. Haven't any pop bands ever heard of, of, I don't know, chord or time signature...
Oh, I didn't know we were doing THAT kind of profile! Do you have a Speedos pic to go with it?
In THAT case:
I pop microwave salsa flavor popcorn perfectly with no burnt kernels. I bowl 360. I treasure cute little kewpie dolls and their many changes of outfits, which I keep mint in...

Rhonda: What exactly is that?
:news: I'm not talking to you. You helped slingshot me.
Rhonda: Aw c'mon. It didn't hurt! Ya landed on Sam fer cryin' out loud.
:news: He has a hard head. It DID hurt. Still not talking...

Oh geez. SO much to love here. I take it "My Stepfather, the Pig" is a spinoff of "My Mother the Car"? The American Porcine Theatre Co? Please please tell me that at least there does not in actuality exist a stage version (with music, no less) of "Three's...

Ru, loved your list of what you loved about the film. I have a couple to add:
from the extras:
Walter's whistle stopping every danged cab on the street. Probably every one within a two mile radius.
"This just...

Please tell me we're talking the classic silent film, NOT the frogawful Andrew Lloyd Cribber hack job stolen from obscure 19th-century composers... but yeah. Of course Deadly would be the Phantom!

I wish chemists would come up with an anti-drug-addiction vaccine...were such a thing even vaguely possible. Take it, and if you then take coke or heroin or meth you immediately become so gut-exploding sick you will never, ever want to even smell the stuff again...man, that'd end...

And like today's similar trash, it was about 85% staged. Anything for a rating.
I had a friend who thought Mort was funny...not himself, but for the sheer stupidity of the show, as a sort of absurdist commentary on how low society had sunk that this drek passed for entertainment...
Oh! Oh! OH!!!!!
*swoon*
I collect Gaiman first editions. Loved the quiet weirdness of that one and have been impatiently awaiting a sequel, as the book's ending obviously implies. Selick on that one?? Woo HOOO!
Burton: loved the eye candy in "Sleepy Hollow", loved the outright insanity of...
