I remember sometimes whenever Miss Piggy strikes a guest star, they sometimes strike back at her. Like after she hit Dom DeLuise. He stuck his fingers in Piggy's nostrils making her even more angry!
And here are some more descriptions for you Count. :)
Zac the Arctic Fox was a white fox with a Jack Nicholson like voice. (Puppeteer unknown.)
Doreen the Camel was a yellow 2 hump camel with a scratchy voice by Louise Gold.
Bufo the Toad was a yellow toad with a young British accent...
That truly was a great article you wrote about The Great Gonzo. Yep, he's been around for many years and is a major character to the wonderful Muppets. And seeing Gonzo get his own movie and revealing the mystery of what he is was just great. :) I can't wait to see Gonzo in more future Muppet...
Hi Count. :)
We're now into the second season of Animal Show Descriptions.
Trudy the Chimpanzee was a black chimp with a white face and was voiced by Louise Gold.
Laslo the Hyena was a dark brown hyena with a black mouth and black spots and had a scratchy voice. (Puppeteer unknown.)...
What I didn't like about this skit was that it looked like that poor beam was getting tortured, especially seeing it getting shoved into that intense heat crumbling to death.
I liked when Oscar was singing about his favorite vacation spot, Swamp Mushy Muddy. With two witches singing in the background. The same witches who were with another witch in an old cooperation skit.
Actually in that cartoon, the V was a vulture. And the only letter that wasn't an animal was X for xylophone.
Still, it would've been neat if they did X for xerus. That wonderful ground squirrel needs to get some more attention.
I did some reading and I found out it was called a Thomson's Gazelle. Sorry about the misspelling. And they live in East Africa.
And Billy Bob explained that there are many different kinds of lemurs in Madagascar. Like the aye-aye, which Billy Bob was, and there are ring-tailed lemurs that...
You're right. I remember in Secrets of the Muppets, it showed a behind the scenes making of The Solid Foam video and it showed Steve, Jerry, and Kevin Clash singing a wild song in a recording booth. And then mixing the puppetry into it.
I think it's really interesting when Junior is holding onto a Fraggle, he's actually holding onto either a small doll or a remote operated Fraggle miniature. And not the original Muppet.
Oh yes, here are the next descriptions.
Swifty the Cheetah was a yellow and white cheetah with black spots and had a wild British accent. (puppeteer unknown.)
Tommy the Thompson's Gazelle was brown and white with black lines on his face and ears and long black and brown striped horns. And...
I remember those neat Tennessee Tuxedo cartoons from my youth. :) And I remember Jerboah Jump too. Actually, the differnce between the two rats are kangaroo rats live in North America and jerboahs live in Africa and Asia.
Sorry, I guess there was only a third season. I keep thinking those...
Hi Count. :)
To answer your questions. Vernon was called a Grizzly Bear.
And Cool was both a Kangaroo Rat and a Desert Rat. Some people call it a desert rat because it lives in the desert while others call it a kangaroo rat because it hops like a kangaroo. At first Jake said they were...
I thought Muppet Classic Theater was neat and funny too. I think they should keep making Muppet specials on video. That way we can keep seeing more of the Muppets.
Hey Count. It's good to be back. :)
Sorry, but I don't really know any of the correct name spellings. I just only heard their names. But they didn't give out their spellings.
But I can answer your last 2 questions though. Stinky was the guest skunk on the show and he even sang a song...
I think of all the Muppeteers, Richard Hunt sang the best songs. Here are more of my favorite Richard songs.
Scooter singing, THERE'S A NEW SOUND.
Scooter singing, MR. BASEMAN.
Scooter singing, SIMON SMITH AND HIS DANCING BEAR.
Sweetums singing, WE GOT EACH OTHER, with Robin.
Statler...
Yeah, I liked how Brian voices Sal. And the long nosed green guy named Nigel who works the controls at Muppet's Tonight and sometimes spazzes out.
Also, Brian did a toy taxi driver named Cruise on The Christmas Toy.
And on Dinosaurs, Brian did a furry mammal named Arthur Rizzic who...
