Does the Region 2 DVD of Muppet Christmas Carol have all the extras of the Region 1 version? I ask this because Amazon.co.uk doesn't list any extras.

I kinda like the way the British version opens, with the shot of the lighthouse. I wonder why they made it different in each country. I believe the French version was set in a bakery.

The moment which gets me is the finale of A Muppet Christmas Carol, when they're all together singing "Bless Us All". It's the first movie since Jim and Richard died, and the way they're all singing together seems to be a message to the fans saying "we're still here, all together".
