Muppet Classic Theatre: An early Muppets Tonight?

Kermit Unpigged or the commercial for Kermit Unpigged? :) And why? Though on my lame JHC project list, it'd have to be "Elmo in Grouchland," the first Henson project in which I confidentally say I "didn't like." Though Animal Jam may join the list.

Will the Muppet Movie magic ever come back?

Good question. Really don't have any problem (to an extent mind you) with the last three, since MCC is my 2nd fav. But yeah good question, I ask the same question with Henson's SHOWS.

Gaiman and McKean Team for "Mirror Mask"

Hmm, comic book artists. No wonder I'm not getting this thread (not much of a comic book enthusiast).

Help me Philip Chapman, you're my only hope!

Hey Phil, how much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood? Sorry, had to do it. :p

EM.TV extends Henson sale until February

Sure is. Sometimes I laughed out loud when reading it, especially when EM.TV put Henson up for sale. As for the Henson family? Yeah I'm sure $680 million ain't bad. ;)

EM.TV extends Henson sale until February

Thanks. It's very interesting to see these things, especially the letter, in hindsight. As for a good memory, well, I think about it every day, so it didn't take much effort. :D

New series, Animal Jam debuts February 24

Back up. THIS is was filmed at the Disney-MGM Studios as well? And, telling by the pictures, I think (and hope) it will be a cool new Henson brand. The characters look--I hate these words--cute and cuddly, and I hope I'll be up early enough to check it out. Hope it won't share the fate of...

EM.TV extends Henson sale until February

In fact, it was three years ago today that EM.TV announced it was buying The Jim Henson Company. And I've been ticked off ever since.

Herbert Becker makes offer to acquire 100% of the Jim Henson Company

Don't know if it's been asked already, but could this...guy even make a bid anyway? Wouldn't it be too late, even if the Valentine deal fell through or not?

EM.TV extends Henson sale until February

Well I wrote a lengthy letter to Disney in October, and wrote Eisner and sent several make-believe press releases along with a list of every Henson series and special to him in Nov. But those were just to make me feel better and pass time. You know, 'til I get a life. Though Disney's...

    Mr. Chapman

When you refer to  do you mean  as in Cindy or  as in  ? Get around that one, Robbins.

    Space Shuttle Explosion

Though I'm two weeks late since I've been gone for the last month, the Columbia explosion was a very sad event for the US, Israel, and anyone else affected. And to think I moved from Texas (yes I admit that's where I lived) on Jan. 29 and literally wake up to this news three days later on this...

EM.TV extends Henson sale until February

I wish Disney Channel will hold a contest called "Be Eisner For A Day" so I could buy JHC, control it, stay in contact with a trusty team of advisers from MC and JHC, buy the Creature Shop, get new projects under way, announce classic shows coming to video, give Beaker and the Swedish Chef 5...
