Comcast in talks over 24-hr toddlers' channel -WSJ
NEW YORK, June 9 (Reuters) - Comcast Corp. <CMCSA.O> is in advanced talks with the Public Broadcasting Service, Sesame Workshop and Britain's HIT Entertainment <HTE.L> to develop a 24-hour TV network for...
Actually it was Henson that had a 12.5% stake in Noggin, which was sold by EM.TV along with the Sesame Street characters. Noggin was started as a joint venture between Nickelodeon and the then-Children's Television Workshop.

Uhh, it's in one of the many threads about the Henson auction at the old MC Delphi forum and it was made in the summer of '01. So I'll have to check it out and get back to you on that. Unless Jamie (FrogBoy, wherever he is) can provide the pic here.

I doubt just because Disney owns the character that Henson has to erase Kermit's appearances at the beginning and the end of Christmas Toy and Emmet Otter.
I could be wrong, but that just seems unlikely. Sesame Workshop might as well cut Kermit appearances off Sesame Street when they rerun...
Well not that fine financially. Of course it wasn't doing well before, thus the sale. But hey they got the Power Rangers out of it! Heh heh, :sympathy:.
