    Muppet Group Therapy Session

That's okay, take your time...I don't know, something involving the Swedish Chef? That oughta be interesting. Scooter: (sitting on M.N.'s lap, sobbing) It was awful...please, make it all go away... M.N.: (holding distraught gofer protectively) There now, Scooter, it's okay. I'm here...

    The RHLC!

(throws open much-tattered Webster's) Indefatigable: Adjective. Untiring or unwavering. (throws Webster's aside) Like I've said before somewhere, the man must have been a real laugh riot. Had I been there, I'd have been laughing so hard I'd have tears running down my face. But I'd like to...

    Muppet Group Therapy Session

(continues in sportscaster voice) And in the grand match between the Mighty Muppet Central Forum and the Fearsome Forces of Chaos and Mayhem: MC Forum: 0 Chaos and Mayhem: 1,000,000,000...ad infinitum. Chaos rules here, gang. Long may it reign, and let's see who hops on the sofa next.

    Muppet Group Therapy Session

(sportscaster voice, as Kermit and Scooter are carried off, whimpering, on stretchers) And here are the results of the big match between Big, Green and Mean vs. My Uncle's Favorite Nephew. Kermit: 0 Scooter: 0 Mr. Adler's Bank Account: 2 (paychecks richer)

    labyrinth famicon game

Hmmm...I honestly don't know. Since we bought the set almost ten years ago, it might be out of print. We got ours from a software store, CompUSA or something of that ilk. On the other hand, Sierra might have the set posted on its web site. I haven't really checked it out lately.

Fan Fic - Rainbows Have Nothing to Hide

Yes...I've been fond of detective/mystery stuff from an early age. And some of the facts I picked up from those games paid off in assorted history and geography classes later on in life. I think we've pretty much hijacked this thread...sorry, Beau!

Fan Fic - Rainbows Have Nothing to Hide

CSD...CSD...I'm going to take a wild guess and say...Carmen Sandiego. If I'm right, then let me just say that I was addicted to those games as well as a kid.

Fan Fic - Rainbows Have Nothing to Hide

Or whisked off into oblivion by the vile Mordack. Count, you're a King's Quest fan, too? Excellent! The KQ games were truly excellent games. All the puzzles, the plots and the characters...they actually made you think. A pity Sierra's pretty much bit the dust these days...

    A questionable mistake

(pops out of bomb shelter, streaked in dirt) So Miss Piggy didn't go ballistic on that last test. Leave it to little Robin to pop in and save the day. And "Somewhere Out There" is a song I rather like, so that last scene was nice.

    labyrinth famicon game

It's a nice looking game. The Landstriders and the other creatures look the way they did in the movie. It's all still graphics and text parser interface (type in commands), and those make it kind of a dinosaur today, but it's still a nice looking game. To run it on today's computers, you'd need...

    labyrinth famicon game

Back in the early 80s, Sierra On-Line released a Dark Crystal game for Apple computers. Graphics were gorgeous, but the game was a little difficult to get through (had a heck of a time trying to find Ursu's cave before he died). I heard a rumor that Sierra wanted to do another such game, but...

Fan Fic - Rainbows Have Nothing to Hide

Ahh... Beau, let me paraphrase a message displayed at the end of the computer game King's Quest II: Romancing the Throne: To err is human, but to really foul things up takes a computer.

    FanFic - Love is Neverending

"A friend of hers, Erin, had needed a good reference for a newsroom position..." Wow, thanks, Sara! (adds reference to resume and portfolio of clips) And if you need a reference yourself later on, I'll be happy to type one up.

    FanFic: A Little Knight Music

Thanks, Count. And I might just swing by the dorms sometime. I'll let you know for sure first, that is. Now what the deuce am I going to do after this one...well, I kinda have an idea that has the Muppet cast playing a live game of Clue...with typically insane side effects. I'll fill you in if...

Minor Muppetz' TMS Outline: Bob Dylan

Hey, I like this! It's quite clever, minor muppetz. Beaker as the replacement Swedish Chef...wonder if he was ready to get back to Muppet Labs after that?

    FanFic: A Little Knight Music

All right, everyone, here it is, the last scene of 'A Little Knight Music!' Sam: And thank goodness for that. Muppet Newsgirl: I heard you calling me a left-wing tree-hugger earlier. Save the opinions for the editorial page, featherbrains (Sam huffs and disappears behind the curtain). Of...

    FanFic: A Little Knight Music

Nice to hear you say so, Beauregard. It's true that most of the story concerns the Killer Fish, but act six is devoted entirely to the play. Speaking of which, expect the last scene of act six later tonight. It's a long story, I know. I have this tendency to take a short story and turn it...

Fan Fic - Rainbows Have Nothing to Hide

I know...we really like to put the poor kid through his paces. I mean, Renee has him being terrorized and nearly murdered by the demon Eli, Beauregard's got him sitting alone and scared with some creepy letter, I've had him face off against a theater-wrecking psycho...we're so cruel. Forgive us...

    FanFic: A Little Knight Music

Flabbergasted? Is that in a positive or a negative sense? Thank you, Count. I rather liked the intros myself (personal fave is a tie between the Holy Grail reference and the Monotones number). Rest of the story is coming up later.

    A questionable mistake

Let's see, a rundown of the casualties: three blown through a closet door, three tied in knots (one with a radio in his upper GI tract, poor kid), and three thrown all over the kitchen. When the next lesson starts, you'll find me out back digging the bomb shelter.
