    Are records making a comeback?

Records are definitely making a comeback, which is awesome. Especially when it comes to the gorgeous original album covers. At lot of people may disagree with this, but personally I'd love for cassette tapes to make a comeback, lol. :insatiable:

The dark day of Valentines Day is upon us...

Yeah I can see how warmer climates would savor snow a bit more. It's not that I don't like snow, I enjoy it, it's just that we're running out of places to put it and it's starting to get dangerous, heh! :concern:

A NEW ThunderCats cartoon in 2011!

Oh yeah I gathered it was in flashback form, lol. But you never know with kids, sometimes you need to reiterate these things a couple of times. They might still need reminding by the end of the episode. ;) Not saying kids are dumb or anything, just saying that's how their brains work. ;)

A Church near me has on its sign "Whoever is praying for snow, please stop." Is it you? ;)

A NEW ThunderCats cartoon in 2011!

Right, so I think the point of that end moral was just to say "that's all over and he's a good guy now." I imagine that is something they are concerned about on kids shows, making sure kids aren't permanently afraid of a character and understand that we can make mistakes and then move on...

A NEW ThunderCats cartoon in 2011!

Yeah I get ya, but also I'll also defend the idea a bit. Victims of bullying should be presented as having their own lives and interests outside of just being a victim. Plus they probably wanted to redeam the character a bit after showing him terrorizing the Widgets.

Jim Henson's Manhattan Apartment Up for sale

Wish I had the dough, hehe. But now that I know where it is, next time I'm around there I'll definitely take pictures, hehe.

The dark day of Valentines Day is upon us...

My friend from Europe once brought chocolates over with her, definitely a treat! But I also love Hershey, especially after staying at The Hershey Hotel, lol. They gave us Hershey bars at the check out desk and Hershey's kisses after the maids cleaned our room, hehe! : D

A NEW ThunderCats cartoon in 2011!

I might have seen that end moral on the DVD for the He-Man and She-Ra Christmas Special. Was it the one where Orko asks Man E. how to remember things?

I think that makes sense, sometimes people can get weirded out but the whole Valentine's Day thing. Best to keep the pressure off.

    Questions About The Toy Industry

Oh it was definitely fanfic-y, like when they did a similiar story with the two Alvin & the Chimpunk shows. Though I thought that special was done better with the two franchises switching time periods and being all out of place, lol.

    Questions About The Toy Industry

Oh yeah the best parts for me were jokes about Raphael's fourth wall moments, lol. And how '80s Donatello's quirky inventions actually saves the day at one point. I did watch to the end and yeah I liked how even the 2k3 Turtles were stunned by the comic Turtles, lol. But I guess I was still...

The dark day of Valentines Day is upon us...

I do want to say though, in defense of materialism somewhat, heh, I had a BF who let Christmas come and go without giving me any kind of present, even after I'd given him his. It wasn't malicious neccesarily, just that there was always some excuse. I would have settled for even a card, but even...

    Your Muppet mistakes

    A Lidsville movie

In my opinion, more actors need to remember that. ;) This isn't about the professional censors, but I remember reading a comment about Spongebob from a mother online, saying how much she hated it when Spongebob said "Fishpaste!" because it was "clearly cursing." I thought that was ridiculous...

    Questions About The Toy Industry

I have to admit I'm one of those fans, lol. I really felt they went a little too far making the '80s Turtles look silly. On the other hand, they at least felt like they could be teenagers. The 2003 Turtles just ended seeming like scolding adults and I quickly got tired of watching them too, lol...

Something that's really kinda bugged me about the Muppet/Fraggle comics

If industries always waited for artists, writers and actors who were experts on a topic, they'd be waiting a long time. Previously proven artistic skill does have to take some priority. And that's not necessarily bad. Nicholas Meyer had never watched Star Trek a day in his life. Yet he went on...
