Well you can say other fans are pre-conditioned to love the new movie before they've even seen it and that's not good either. ;)

It's really not that simple. Many fans have been burned too many times and it makes perfect sense that they'd been skeptical about another new project. But if the movie is in fact good, I assure you those fans would be pleased.

Right, yes, lol. Which is understandable. But the problem is some men don't always care to look for quality female characters either (I know I'm generalizing). So it's a cause that doesn't always get a lot of support.

Lol, that's so true. We fans are very good at that. ;) I'll be honest, I did not like that show. I found it bland and insipid and sugar coated nonsense, and it almost made me embarrassed to be religious. But that's just me, lol. I'm not entirely sure what you mean there. To each their own...

What the media, and often women's groups, don't understand is you can't have decent female characters unless you allow them to be what they are--human.

Oh I'm not saying that. There's always people who say that with every review, heh, but I personally don't think he's declining at all. It's just that people like some reviews and not others. Well they were trying to make fun of the way the wife had cried in the movie, lol.

Oh yeah I mean I knew that and I totally understand how that can be, lol. But as soon as I realized he was actually going to review something Doug related I knew I was going to have difficulty watching it, lol.
