I agree the second half was in pretty poor taste, though certainly nothing surprising coming from SNL. I thought for a minute it might just be a nice Justin and Kermit duet, but then I figured if it had been they would have gotten the real Kermit to come in. I figured something was up. Well, it...
Sorry, can't help ya with the question. I've actually only read the first book but have been meaning for quite a while to get the rest of the series. My aunt loves them. I thought the first was an absolute hoot. I love the dry sense of humor. And you can bolster your vocabulary reading them too...
ON SNL tonight, Justin Timberlake was the special guest, and about halfway through the show he said when he was little he always made sure he watched SNL and The Muppet Show, so he always dreamed of hosting SNL and singing with Kermit. At that point a counterfeit Kermit popped up and they...
I haven't tried them but I've seen them. When I was in England, everything was deep fried. Mars bars, pizza, burgers... I am a fan of fried food, but I didn't really have anything too exotic...

I agree, the novel of "The Princess Bride" is hilarious! I love all the little details in the book, and the narratorial asides. I can't decide which I like better, though, because the movie was very well done. :)

I'm a lifelong bookworm. I actually haven't been reading that much lately, but hopefully I'll get back in the groove soon. All that required reading for college kinda knocked the wind out of me I guess. I think the last book I read was "Snoopy's Guide to the Writing Life." I also read "The...
Happy birthday!!! Thanks for everything you've put into this site to make it so great. :D
On a side note, that was a really snazzy message up there, Nik!

Awesome! That would be so cool to be on a DVD like that! Not to mention just to be that close at a concert. I once had second-row seats, when I went to see Gordon Lightfoot. Very cool. I've wondered sometimes about live concert CDs and DVDs if you had to pay super-high rates to be in the...
Great interview tonight. It was cut short, unfortunately; they had clips of him singing "Moon River" to Diane Sawyer and a couple other things, and they got left out of the final interview, probably because of the updates on Kobe Bryant and Roy Horne. (Sounds like Roy is going to be ok, but it's...
I'm really looking forward to Brother Bear. My brother seems rather unenthused about it for some reason; I think the cub annoys him. He'll probably go see it with me anyway, though. :D

Oh, and I just read something about a guy who spent his life working with wild grizzlies and wrote about them and everything. He and his girlfriend were out trailing grizzlies and one of them mauled the two of them to death! :(

It sounds like Roy is on the mend and the tiger is in quarantine for a while. Pretty scary, though. Then there was that thing with the guy with the tiger in New York... crazy!

Aw, I like sap! :p But there aren't too many new cartoons I find too heart-warming. I have to admit that I did get sucked into Pokemon - I wish I had a Pikachu! :flirt: - but I'll be the first to say that that show is corny. I like the corny parts, though, because they're fun to laugh at! :p

Clay's CD comes out on Tuesday!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D :flirt: He's got a big interview with Diane Sawyer on Prime Time Live tonight. I've been hearing about this interview for a couple months now, sounds like it'll be the best yet. I love Diane Sawyer anyway, and she's a big fan of his. It sounds like...
