Not long after when her endorsement first became known I read one quip online that was along the lines of "Finally. Mitt has the support of someone that changes positions more than he does." Brilliant.
I'll admit that there's a silver lining to Mittens's Big Bird comment, and that's the fact that our feathered friend is enjoying a moment in the spotlight. The notion of cutting PBS funds, of course, is awful.
I've only seen a few of the post-film episodes, during 2007 I believe. They were nothing particularly memorable, though thankfully I didn't see any of the "Squidward's-toenail" type episodes that were disgusting for the sake of being disgusting. I don't mind gross-out humor in itself but it...
NYC is a bus ride away from me, so I'll be going. The only thing is that me and my mom aren't reserving tickets ahead of time since there isn't really any reason to become a museum member, and are instead arriving a few hours before the event starts, so I'm hoping tickets won't run out.
Elmo's my favorite. He was a big part of my childhood.
Also, for most of the "Favorite _____ Character" threads I don't see any polls even though I hear posts implying that there are... I guess it's something on my end.
