Unearthing previously "lost" Sesame Street episodes

That's pretty astounding for them to bring the character back a decade later out of nowhere.

One look at Bad Barney and you know he's a Richard Hunt character.

    The Muppets Aren't Funny Anymore

Golden age Sesame Street is on par with golden age Simpsons regarding humor; the puppeteers' ad-libbing is amazing. The thing with the Muppets is we live in a different world nowadays... a little less pure; I mean, look at the music charts and compare that to the stuff that was coming out in...

    Questions about anything

I'm at the point where Nintendo is offering save state features in their retro titles and I'm beginning to question if it's even "beating" the game anymore.

Isn't that first E&B skit from one of the pilots? ****, they did not waste footage.

Please stop posting in this thread, Duke Remington. Hopefully the mods will remove your pointless, toxic messages.

Now what's going on with YouTube?

Here's world champion Magnus Carlsen schooling about 20 people in chess at the same time in something that seems more like a comedy than reality... my 25-year old brain can't even wrap my head around what's going on yet YouTube has deemed it "for kids":

    Unpopular Opinions

I don't like Steve Harvey. His recipe for being funny is waiting for someone to say something decently stupid (cause half the time it isn't even that bad) and then overreacting to it. He is good for GIFs/memes though.

    Questions about anything

Why do I feel creepy looking at people's photos on Facebook, even when it's people I don't know? I mean, they put that stuff up for anyone to look at. Facebook kinda gives me an uneasy feeling in general; I praise anonymity on the internet. I mean, the only reason I made an account was to...

Unearthing previously "lost" Sesame Street episodes

I wonder if in Telly's first "normal" appearance they at all hinted how he changed from deranged to normal (for kids who watched the show daily)... kids who watched early SS were probably traumatized at how much characters changed voices and personas (over-exaggerating of course ).

Unearthing previously "lost" Sesame Street episodes

The biggest thing I'm curious of is if deranged TV Telly appeared in more than one episode. I don't think we need proto-pages; that information could just be found in a section of their article (since it already is). If a character is different enough I think it would get a separate page, but...

Not counting FTB, this was the first I was able to find: It's interesting because you can tell Marty was trying to mimic Brian a little, as was Kevin with Elmo.

Bratten posted this to the discord... it's from a Jim book; I thought it was awesome:

What Snowth said... we don't need comments, but it's definitely nice. This is exactly why this whole thing is so dumb.

Sesame Street Episode 847 with Margaret Hamilton

I think it's a combination of Margaret Hamilton being a really good actress (even in her 70s) and the primitive technology.
