I don't know how intricate you want to go, but how about rails that the chairs would sit in? They could roll side to side without getting in the other one's way... I'm surprised they never came up with some sort of arm rest that your arm could sit in to give you a rest during a performance...

With Halloween right around the corner, alot of stores have already started putting out the Halloween masks and costumes. You may be able to find a cheap ape or werewolf mask for the hair you need. I may stock up myself!

I would honestly use the velcro, much easier (plus thicker) to cut through. Plus you can draw it out on the paper back side.... :)

I think the top looks great, not sure how you could lose the crease on the bottom, maybe give the bottom a little more width around the mouth plate? For the pupils, I used velcro strips cut into the pupil shape. But all in all, well done!

I personally like the third one with the higher eyes. Are those 35mm?
