So apparently the only way to see the extended cut of "Muppets Most Wanted" is on the Blu-Ray itself. I've just realized that not even the digital version has the extended cut- that is just the same theatrical version as is on the DVD.
This is pretty frustrating for a Muppet fan wanting to...
Thanks. Yeah, I will see about doing that...may take me a little while though (all that annoying "real life" stuff that gets in the way of such projects- lol:))
Elmo first started as a background character named Baby Monster in 1979- I'd love to see those appearances included. I'd also love to see Kevin Clash's first appearance as Elmo somewhere on there. I personally have never had a problem with Elmo- I like him just fine.
And he does have...
Yay for reviving really old threads! I was just looking through this thread again....it'd be fun to update it since there have been many more releases in the last 7 to 8 years..... but I guess Muppet Wiki generally has the Sesame Street video releases pretty well covered now. Still, personal...

Yay for Linda! I always loved having Linda as part of the show. Sesame Street has always from the start portraying people of different races living together peacefully on the show (very significant for the time that it first aired in 1969- and still significant today) and it's good for kids to...
So remember what I was saying about checking thrift stores for Sesame Street VHS tapes? I was just looking in around in one of the local Goodwill stores yesterday and I picked up a nice copy of the My Sesame Street Home Video VHS release of "Play Along Games and Songs"- with the original...
I did love the Reporter Kermit from Sesame Street Newsflash scene in "Muppets Most Wanted"- that was great! Interesting about this Uncle Travelling Matt cameo planned for "Muppets From Space"- hadn't heard that before. Too bad- that would have been way cool. (And it seems like it would have been...
Nice! Yeah- that parent-teacher guide sounds way cool!
Regarding the repetitiveness of Sesame Street shows (with the same inserts being shown)- perhaps it would be possible to at least release the street stories separately for each season? For the most part, those would at least be...
