That was very cool. I actually liked that you could see hints of the puppeteers- this is live puppetry after all, and the human touch is what sets it apart from, say, animation. I only wish it could have ended with acknowledgement of the puppeteers. In the Disney era, the puppeteers don't get...

I doubt his departure has anything to do with Murray. He of all people knows that characters come and go. If the Head Writer of the show says he's fighting for the "heart and soul of the show," then it has something to do with educating kids, whether it's the format or curriculum or distribution...

I'm about to get on a plane to Atlanta to attend the museum opening. Can't wait to see the new museum- not just the puppets but how they're presented... and just being around Muppet fans in general. Yayyyyy (Kermit arms flailing) yyyyy!

I saw the movie yesterday at an advance screening. No spoilers from me, of course- I'm just glad that I don't have to dodge spoilers all week! Reading the "professional" reviews shows just about every possible opinion on the spectrum. All I can say to my fellow Muppet fans is don't overthink...

I'm always thrilled when the characters get to be themselves. Even if it is in a car commercial. (And they all look really good in hi-def.)

You put it perfectly! This is great because it's the Muppets being themselves, doing funny crazy stuff, and then getting outta there before the joke wears thin. More Muppisodes!

Muppetationally sensational! I'm glad to hear from Rizzo, missing Pepe, seeing too much of boring Walter... but loving the Muppety-ness of the whole thing.

Much better! I was hoping they'd change the title, and "Most Wanted" lends itself to interesting imagery for posters and teasers and whatnot: prison bars and police lights and characters hiding. Much more dynamic than... Again.
