    Muppet Voice Comparisons

I've seen these and noticed some changes in the overall tones (Statler and Waldorf are the most apparent, while the Chef nowadays sounds just like Jim, Kermit's a little higher pitched, Fozzie and Sam are almost unchanged, and the Newsman has some considerable changes, mainly Brian sounding like...

    Muppet Impressions

^That's strange but I like it (That's just the way I am.) (E-cookie to someone who can get the reference). I sometimes sneeze with a Bert voice or Grover/Piggy. Also I've been getting better at Jim's gruffer voices (Waldorf mainly) and some of Whitmire's higher voices (Bean Bunny and Wembley...

    Hensonville City 2010

Wembley-So how was school, James? Me-Okay I guess. 2 out of my 4 classes we were packed like sardines. Wembley-Yipe! Mokey-That doesn't sound good at all. Me-But I came out in one piece, right? Only a lot of days left to go.

What are the highest quality Fraggle plush?

I had my eye on one, but a review on Amazon kinda steered me away. The head shape is accurate, but the eyes are kinda sewn to where it looks like she's looking down than forward, her hair isn't very lively, and she has nothing in her mouth to make it completely close.

    Driving exams

The laws where I am (Georgia) changed in 2004 or there about, where new drivers wishing to get their permit (If you're under 18) must take a driver's ed class (I think there's about 2-3 around town/the region) and complete 40 hours of driving, 6 of which must be at night. I understand the...

    Hensonville City 2010

Wembley-(Glomps the two girls) I think he's around here. I heard his voice not too long ago.

    Any Muppeteers here on MC?

I'm guessing you're Noel Macneal? Aha! I knew Mr. Nelson wasn't the only one here!

    Muppet Impressions

Rowlfy, I can do most of Frank's character's easily (From Piggy to Marvin Suggs, but Bert's laugh is the hardest thing for me), It's more Nelson's voices that are a bit tougher for me (Though I can do a mean Mr. Johnson.)

    Muppet Impressions

On a semi related note, Bert's laugh is kinda hard to do, anyone agree? And Fraggline, I can sympathize a bit. I used to not be very good, but I practiced and practiced (Swedish chef's VOICE is easy enough, but it's his speech patterns that'll screw you up.) until the cows came home and I can...

Your Thoughts: Fraggle Rock on The Hub beginning October 10, 2010

I was going to get some for my iPod Touch soon, they have an ala carte episode list or you can get whole seasons.

Your Thoughts: Fraggle Rock on The Hub beginning October 10, 2010

You're not missing much. Like I said, most of the cuts are made to accommodate more commercial time (Since the Hub exists mainly to sell Hasbro toys). I've been spoiled by DVDs, what with no real edits and no commercials. Despite the flaws, it's nice to have something Fraggle related on TV again.

    Muppet Impressions

Excellent. I'ma try to do some of the cloning machine bit from the Mac Davis episode. As for the Boober voice, I see what you're talking about, Goelz doing the vocal pinch and whatnot. I still think it sounds like a bad Kermit with some Oz vibes.

I'll see if I can record a sample of Bunsen once I fine tune him. :excited:

I'd like to own a Fraggle

I'll get up a pic when I can, Puppetainer. I like the robe idea.

    Muppet Impressions

Yeah, to me, Boober is basically Dave Goelz doing a bad Kermit impression. I not sure if that's what he had in mind, but it just sounds like that to me. As for Cotterpin, isn't her voice basically a shriller Mokey? That said, I can't do either of them. My attempts at Mokey would scare more...
