I have seen him photographed from a distance, he does! I'm sure there are minor things (aside the nose) which could have been sorted, like Animal, but yeah MR are doing a great job and i would guess a lot of those problems are down to the factories not having experienced these sort of things...

When puppets (or toys made from foam) break down they do only start to break down in random places. It's just the way they are, nothing has to be stacked on top of it. Unfortunate because as you can see, the rest of them can be fine for years and years - i would bet that Piggy head is 20 years...
