Hello everyone,
I've been pretty busy and haven't been floating around here as much as I used to. I've been working on a project with a fellow Muppet Central member, Chris Esper. Some of you may know him as Muppetfan89.
Chris and I share our love of puppetry through an idea I...
In the farm video, i felt there was a point you forgot your puppet became your hand. You pointed at a few things, with his head, instead of his hands.
With that last part said, you should try working with your arm rods more.
At some points i felt you were moving the top part of the...
I think this one takes the cake...
If anyone in the Rhode Island area knows of a place called Jullian's... check out their bathroom. Last Christmas, they had a tv with A Muppet Christmas Carol playing on repeat. On the wall, among Star Wars figures, are Muppet PEZ dispensers.
I'm at a loss for words. I found out through a friend and its hard to believe. He is defiantly one of my greatest heroes and has been an inspiration to some of my own work. He will be greatly missed.
WARNING!!!!! Jimmey Kimmel brings out a topic about the ending of The Dark Knight Rises. DO NOT WATCH if you plan to see the movie.
In this clip he mentions his experience on Sesame Street and another actresses experience during takes in the Muppet Movie...
I saw it in 2D... Wish i had seen the movie in 3D... but the event was planned by my brother who doesn't like 3D films. Claims he gets a headache from them.
I know some trailers are shown in 3D while at 3D movies... and i imagine that the trailer would have been awesome to see in 3D lol...
I personally didn't think PotC4 was horrible... I enjoyed it. Do i feel it was as good as the others? Well, this one was def a stand alone film. You could have never seen the first 3 and completely understood this one. To what i recall, there were no mentions of the other film's adventures...
I seen it :) when it started... i was like... HEY! They're both in the Muppets... could this be a trailer for...? IT IS!
Of all trailers... this one got an applause from the audience... Something i wasn't expecting.
Glad to see that you bought a pattern. I was in the same boat at one point. But i agree. The ppl at PP deserve the money for what they do and they do an awesome job. Lots of tips that come with the pattern so you're really getting more then what you pay for.
Hey i seen some of these responses and need to respond on them.
I agree with cutting the back. Use a razor, or box cutting blade. Scissors will make a mess, and when cutting the fur side, you can accidentally cut fur that will be seen in the final project.
i use hot glue.. dries quicker. However, you u use too much it can ruin the fabric and once u get a drip on the fabric you're screwed. Good luck and be careful if you use hot glue.
You can buy gasket rubber sheets dirt cheap at Lowes. As Animal31 mentioned, they sell them in sheets. Theres a thin and thick sheet available there. They'll be in the plumbing isle.
Good stuff but I believe this is against copyright laws on both Youtube and Disney. Not positive, but i wouldn't have posted so many videos.
P.S. I don't mean to be a jerk about it either. They were amusing but just lookin out for ya
Hey again,
theres actually another member around here from there too and he makes AMAZING pupppets using antron. I'd assume he orders from the same places the rest of us do tho. Not sure exactly. His name around here is Keeermit. try messaging him
I'm not sure exactly... but i believe when these anythings are on screen having their parts removed and switched out, they're only temporary. I think if you're looking for something to stay for days, tape wouldn't be your solution. I'm really not an expert on this subject tho.
If you're...
If you're still having a hard time, why not take pictures and post them. I'm not really interested because i make my own eyes, but if i were to dish out that kind of money, i'd want to know if its worth it.
